11/07/2025: I have tasted several Chinese restaurants, this is without a doubt the worst. The fried food was extremely greasy and was definitely not fresh oil because the frying had an unpleasant smell. The pasta first course was served in a questionable way, I would have given one more star if they had served me saikebon instead of that thing. The chicken with Bamboo tasted like boiled chicken with star nut. Very disappointed. It's rare for me to leave negative reviews.
06/07/2025: Great value with good & tasty dishes . Recommend fried rice, vermicelli, beef. Pork with potatoes. opens till 12am.

22/07/2025: Spectacular sushi, one of the best I've had so far. Freshness is key in a place like this. The only flaw is the slow service and the staff's poor understanding of Italian. When you arrive at the cashier's desk, the cashier is a bit rude. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. All in all, a good experience. We'll definitely be back for more great sushi.

25/07/2025: Terrible experience, very slow staff, never filling the requested portions, always bringing less food. Of everything we ordered, roughly half the items arrived, even after asking for them multiple times. When we tried to ask for more, the staff pretended not to see us and turned away from us. Terrible!

30/07/2025: We were there on a Saturday afternoon. Almost all the plates were empty; there were only five plates on the sushi conveyor belt, which had been moving around for at least ten minutes. When I complained, they put new sushi on the conveyor belt. Unfortunately, you can't call it sushi anymore. They were smothering sauce or some kind of topping all over the sushi. Some of the sushi pieces even had cheese in them. The chef, unfortunately not Asian, didn't know his craft at all.
10/07/2025: The place is spotlessly clean and tidy, and the food is top-notch. I highly recommend it; the staff is very friendly and helpful.

18/07/2025: We dined at Ci Sushi in Maglie yesterday, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience, except for the food, which was indeed excellent. Therefore, I'm giving it two stars, which are entirely due to the quality of the dishes. Upon arrival, we were greeted emotionlessly. No smile, no welcome; it felt more like an obligation than a warm welcome. Once at the table, three menus were literally thrown on the corner of the table, without any explanation, after which the waiter immediately left. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I raised my hand to ask how the concept worked. Only after three attempts did I receive an incomplete explanation, which didn't help me much. We ordered three colas and a bottle of water. The cola arrived after 10 minutes, but the bottle of water didn't. I had to raise my hand again and inquire about that as well. The waiter's reaction at that moment was downright unprofessional; a look of temporary indignation even made me want to leave immediately. Still, we decided to stay, hoping things would improve afterward. During our meal, we noticed that several dishes we ordered simply weren't arriving. Nothing was said, and no one came to check on us. To make matters worse, at one point a staff member came to our table and sternly announced, without any context or apparent reason, that we would have to pay extra if we didn't finish our plates. This, while we were simply enjoying our meal. Not long after, one of our tables was suddenly removed, forcing two people to sit upside down. Very bizarre and inappropriate. At that point, we decided to leave. As far as we're concerned, something is fundamentally wrong with the structure, organization, and management of this restaurant. The tension and dissatisfaction radiates from almost every staff member, and that significantly detracts from the entire dining experience. We felt unwelcome and certainly not valued as customers. Conclusion: the food is fine, but the overall experience is completely undermined by a lack of hospitality, organization, and customer focus. We'll definitely skip this restaurant in the future. It's a shame, because the kitchen's potential could be so much greater.

25/07/2025: I was very unsure about how to rate it, considering I've eaten here many times and it's always been very good. One incident called into question my assessment: I sat down at a table with a friend, we placed our order, but unfortunately, things started arriving exorbitantly slowly. After an hour, not even half of our order had arrived despite numerous requests. After two hours, we decided to reorder because we'd eaten very little, and a woman, presumably the owner, came in, shouting, telling us that the kitchen was about to close, that we'd ordered too much, and that we wouldn't eat everything and would have to pay a penalty. In my opinion, she did this because she wanted us to leave so they could close the restaurant since we were one of the few tables left. Very annoyed, we told her not to worry and that we'd eat everything, which we did. We went to pay, and the woman, in a challenging tone, asked us if we'd eaten everything. If I hadn't experienced this incident, I would have given it 5 stars, but it really annoyed me, so I'm reluctantly giving it 3.
14/07/2025: I'm a serial sushi eater, and I haven't tasted anything this bad in years! The quality is terrible, and above all, the person who runs the place thinks she's smart! Very smart! There were three of us plus a child, and almost all of the items ordered arrived, but when we got to the point where everyone's carpaccio, tartare, and sashimi were supposed to arrive, the owner comes right over and brings us a small plate with four slices of salmon and about 10 slices of slightly browned tuna, saying they didn't have anything else! She doesn't even let me finish speaking and walks away! Turning her back on me! With a pissed-off face! The gunkan didn't arrive at all! It just so happens that the items listed with a star were missing, with the maximum of one per person! She should be ashamed of herself! The place was half empty, so I don't understand how this could have happened, and on top of that, it was Sunday, so the price was higher since it was a holiday! We get to the cashier, and I tell her that she thinks she's a smart woman! And she tells me she brought everything and that I wasn't telling the truth! And in the end, without even finishing the discussion where I was explaining in detail what we were missing, she charges us €120 for 4 menus (where the child should have paid €12.50! Being 1.20 meters shorter), a single €3 glass of white wine that I drank, and two one-liter bottles of still water...! A rip-off! I almost never write reviews, but this time I had to! And since the owner thinks she's intelligent and I'm a civilized being, everyone gets what they deserve! Terrible experience! It changed my mood! I don't recommend it at all. The waiters were okay, good guys. The only positive thing...

16/05/2025: The sushi could be improved but it is acceptable. Maybe less rice because it is a bit messy. The fish is not very tasty but it does not poison you like in other places. Other very good dishes. Very fast service and a plus point: the hot Chinese tea that no one else has!!! Even the bread bunnies are unobtainable, very very good. The environment could be modernized. Overall acceptable if you are in the area and do not want to move, better than others I have tried recently. Recommended
05/05/2025: BETTER A KICK IN THE BALLS, VERY STRONG AND PRECISE. We parked among the vapors of a landfill, greeted at the entrance by a myriad of fake plants. Creepy design and very unpleasant dirty feeling. Inadequate and unprepared staff. Zero courtesy. We asked for gluten-free soya, the answer was "they asked me for it yesterday too but we don't keep it"! Questionable choice. Some dishes seemed already chewed, others from two days earlier, others were not the ones we asked for. The soy sauce was undoubtedly diluted with liquid of dubious origin. We had placed our last hopes in coca cola, but there too there were big problems: it arrived after half an hour, hot, of dubious origin. After having mentioned our complaints regarding the inefficiencies, they still charged us for the costs of the uneaten dishes, without having any inkling of the total failure they had generated. We avoided fortune cookies and the usual Chinese plastic gadgets which were most likely the most edible things in the place! Let's hope we survive to be able to tell about it!

21/07/2025: We've been going to this restaurant for years when we're on vacation in the area, and we won't be going back. The food is always good and plentiful, but the service is catastrophic. The all-you-can-eat menu is no longer attractive because the waitress takes ages to serve you, and when you order, she serves your dishes to other tables. Since it's all-you-can-eat, people don't return their plates, so we have to order again. We waited 45 minutes between our first order and the next! It's a shame because the food is pretty good for an all-you-can-eat restaurant, but the service has changed, and it doesn't make us want to go back at all.
21/07/2025: I didn't like it. Too long of a wait. The food leaves much to be desired. The service was slow. I don't recommend it.
