Slow service, the dishes ordered did not all arrive.
We were two adults and a little girl, at the entrance the girl kindly asked us whether to choose à la carte or all you can eat, she told us the price for 2 adults and 1 little girl.
At the checkout they wanted to make us pay in full for the little girl, who among other things ate 2 dishes.
It was embarrassing having to wait for the waitress to come and confirm what we were saying. I felt treated like a thief. Humiliating.

the wantons were fried as they were a little sour in the filling. Finally, I had made a reservation through the fork, but at the time of payment they did not accept the circuit's gift cards...be careful

06/05/2025: Food --> excellent quality of ingredients, with fresh fish and fresh vegetables. All served in original dishes that reflect tradition.
Environment --> Nice environment with numerous seats, not at all noisy and suitable both for meals with your group or family, and for business lunches/dinners with colleagues.
Service --> it is possible to improve it, the waitresses do not understand Italian very well, and sometimes they struggle to understand customers' requests. However, in this case, with the help of those who manage the restaurant, any problem can be easily solved.
17/04/2025: terrible, nighiri with very little fish and of poor quality, terrible salmon, tasteless and dry, poorly made rolls and terrible service, they got the dishes ordered and the quantities wrong 3 times.

Mi piaceva molto questo ristorante, mi trovavo benissimo e ci sono andato decine di volte.
Purtroppo non capisco il motivo e non voglio neppure saperlo, il ristorante è decaduto . Il prezzo è aumentato senza apportare nessuna miglioria anzi è sempre peggiorativo! dosi ridicole, caldo allucinante e senza aria condizionata, Cibo non curato e spero non mi abbia fatto male, personale di una tristezza infinita e poco professionale. Non capisco veramente questo declino era un gioiellino questo posto. La concorrenza forse li ha devastati, ma se al sabato sera hai il locale completamente vuoto il sabato sera forse qualche domande dovresti portele. PS: Continua a essere tra l'altro il più caro. Se volevate fare Harakiri ci siete riusciti benissimo. Non penso duri ancora a lungo questo posto.

19/12/2024: Sia io che i miei familiari siamo molto soddisfatti di questo ristorante, cibo molto buono e una ricca varietà di piatti anche a pranzo, personale gentile e attento, locali puliti e accoglienti ....non è la prima volta che veniamo e oggi è stata una conferma. Da ritornarci tante altre volte. Complimenti.
