27/12/2025: Unfortunately, when we returned to this place after a few years, we noticed a negative change. Terrible food, rude staff, high prices that don't match the quality.

26/12/2025: The hotel is well located, right in the old town… If you want to have a drink at the bar in the afternoon, you feel out of place; the waiter was very uninterested. The spa area is, well, small and you can forget about peace and quiet; the staff there didn't seem to care. Complaining is pointless, as you'll be completely unintelligible, whether you speak German or English. This is not a hotel we would return to.

04/01/2026: Waited for one and a half hours and the food tasted like they use flour for seasoning

14/12/2025: Finally got to eat at this wonderful Chinese’s restaurant. Have been planning to eat there for a while and it did not disappoint. The rice in the pineapple was very delicious & the drinks were just perfect for the scenery. This location has everything from the gelato desserts to the excellent meals available on the menu.

03/01/2026: The food was good, but the service was terrible, and the staff was rude. The receptionist had awful manners. I've been there three times, and each time she's given me a hard time with all sorts of excuses. 1 - She speaks to you rudely, as if you were stupid. 2 - My father and I were going to order two dishes. I didn't know what I wanted, but he knew, so I ordered and paid for his. But then they wouldn't let me order or pay for anything else. I don't understand why it's so complicated to place two separate orders for the same person, especially since they're just sitting there in the restaurant. 3 - They close at 3:00 PM. I arrived at 2:45 PM to order two things, and the receptionist was already telling me they were closed, even though the sign said they were still open. The worst Chinese restaurant I've ever been to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT EVEN FOR TAKEAWAY. ENDURING THAT BAD TREATMENT JUST TO EAT IS UNACCEPTABLE.
