Every bite is an explosion of flavor: the dough is fragrant yet light, well-leavened, highly digestible, and impeccably cooked to highlight the quality of the ingredients. The unique flavor of the pizzas, the result of carefully selected ingredients and artisanal craftsmanship, makes for a truly memorable dining experience. Strengths include: • Light, thin-crust, and delicious pizza • Easily digestible and well-cooked dough • Fresh, expertly paired ingredients However, there are some areas for improvement. The restaurant, while well-maintained, is rather cramped, with tables very close together, which can make the atmosphere a bit stuffy, especially on busy evenings. Furthermore, the acoustics don't help: the general buzz tends to echo, making it difficult to chat or talk on the phone. Added to this is the lack of convenient parking, which can make getting there difficult, especially on busy days. Reginella is a must-visit for anyone looking for excellent pizza in Sarno, but greater attention to soundproofing the restaurant and a solution, even partial, to the parking problem would be desirable.
