08/08/2024: Danger! Anyone who books the advertised "four-bed room" will get a different room than shown in the photos in the room information. We probably wouldn't have said anything for one night if the toilet flush hadn't broken. The owner saw the blame on us and Booking.com. He claimed that we had booked this room that way and that he couldn't do anything about the pictures or the incorrect description. He wasn't the police to check whether the toilet flushed. Complaint management absolutely inadequate. Our request to get another room was denied because the hotel was completely full. However, we were able to find two much nicer family rooms on his homepage at a lower price. When we confronted the owner, he acted surprised and gave us the new room. It would have been good for us, even if we found the behavior extremely unprofessional. As we were lying by the pool and wanted to finally relax, another employee came who wanted to argue with us and explained to us again that we were in the wrong. We had to ask him several times that we didn't want to talk about it anymore and just on You want to lie in the pool, just as you should on vacation. For 3 people, we found the price of 200 euros per night for a farmhouse to be quite reasonable enough to get a room with a bathroom and a functioning toilet and a normal shower without a shower curtain. We were on a trip with the We drove from Sicily through all of Italy and used 10 different agriturismi in the same price segment and never experienced anything like it. Sorry but never again!!!!

07/08/2024: Greetings My family and I stayed in this wonderful property... we had a great time, the rooms were very welcoming, clean and fresh with all the comforts, the place was wonderful while you bathed in the pool there was a wonderful panoramic view it was a place where tranquility and mental physical well-being reign. The cuisine is excellent and the staff is always present, helpful and friendly, ready to accommodate every request. We had a great time, I have an autistic son and he was welcomed with love and had a great time....what can I say, the owner LUCIA is fantastic, kind and helpful, an angel who welcomed us and pampered us....WE WILL BE BACK THANK YOU THANK YOU
