29/12/2025: Catapulted into a room reminiscent of a perfectly winter-themed mountain cabin, warm and welcoming, with meticulous attention to detail in the furnishings and table setting, we discovered this burger joint that left us very satisfied. We began with an amuse bouche that perfectly anticipated the flavors we later found in the sandwiches, featuring top-quality meat and decidedly satisfying and comforting accompaniments of sauces, cheeses, and various toppings. We also want to highlight the crispy, well-made fries. The only criticisms were the somewhat slow service and the aesthetically unhelpful choice of sauce on the bun instead of in the bun, making it obviously impractical to eat with your hands (for us, convenience always comes before the foodporn visual effect, especially since the sandwich would have been just as beautiful to look at). We also had a small complaint about the slightly higher-than-average €3 cover charge.

28/12/2025: It's like stepping into a Bud Spencer and Terence Hill movie: a saloon atmosphere, all wood, warm lighting, and a truly refined and evocative setting. The place has a strong identity and immediately makes you feel like you're in the right place for "tough guy" dining. The burgers are excellent, plentiful, and juicy, but the real highlight is the grilled meat: delicious and high-quality, perfectly cooked, and incredibly flavorful. You can tell the ingredients are carefully selected. Overall, the food is excellent. The only downside is the service, which is a bit slow: we waited, especially for the bill. You can tell the staff is sparse for the size of the place, and they're not always very knowledgeable. Overall, though, it's an absolutely worthwhile place for its atmosphere and cuisine. With more experienced service, it would truly be top-notch.

28/12/2025: The strascinati with Peperoni cruschi and cacioricotta cheese were delicious, a simple yet flavorful dish. A quick stop on the way back from Puglia to Rome... everything was delicious and excellent value.

08/08/2025: Friendly and welcoming young staff, a new, modern, and tidy restaurant, varied, tasty, and generous dishes at "finally fair" prices, so much so that I'll be planning on making frequent detours to stop by them in the future. ...but isn't that one of the Michelin rules? 😉?

06/10/2025: We arrived at this place, a very nice place, not very crowded, we arrive to order, very kind waitress, they bring us the pizzas, pizza certainly good but I was unable to eat, we order the desserts, I receive a dessert that was supposed to be cold all melted and warm, we get to the cashier to pay and the bill was not entirely adequate for what we consumed, but it was still an experience. 💪🏼

22/12/2025: I loved it. Delicious and plentiful food, friendly service, a stone-clad restaurant with a roaring fireplace, and cured meats sliced ​​tableside. An experience worth repeating.

13/10/2025: The restaurant, located near the stream, is a bit messy and not welcoming from the outside. The interior is very warm but dated. The owners are welcoming and friendly, making you feel at ease. The menu is very homey but generous, with a special feature being the generous serving of prosciutto. The first courses are good, and the roast is well done; you can enjoy everything, but it takes a bit of effort. Recommended for a lovely day out and a lunch from another era, excellent value.

13/12/2025: Terrifying! Cold... so cold. Hot water dripped on the counter. In short, it's best to avoid it in winter.

24/11/2025: Very large room, en suite bathroom, rather small TV, especially considering the distance from the bed. Only curtains were used to darken the windows. Ample parking.
