23/03/2025: An evening at Joy is always a small gift that we give ourselves. The place has parking, it is convenient to reach. The staff is young and polite as are the owners. The food is really good and being local, I often see Andrea and Cinzia buying products in the shops in the town.
Meat, fruit and vegetables, these are the same products we buy for our home and they don't skimp on quality; this is their strong point. The dishes are truly generous and you leave the restaurant satisfied both for the "healthy and well-attended" environment and for what you ate. As for prices, you certainly spend less than at a restaurant but given the variety of the menu and drinks, you leave really satisfied. A lot of courage and work make Joy a little pearl of our country.
08/01/2025: Delightful pub: nice atmosphere, excellent food, lots of people, colors, joy. The "down in the South" sandwich is highly recommended.

13/03/2025: Passing by chance we stop at the Fair for a pizza... what can I say... more like a Frisbee than pizza... flat, crumbling, poor seasoning and too slow service... not even... considering there weren't many people. We also tried the ice cream, nothing special

08/05/2025: Let me introduce myself, I'm Francesco and I must say that I too have stayed several times in this accommodation facility for work reasons. What can I say... typical dishes of the local culinary tradition, abundant differently from what is foreseen by our standard conventions.
A round of applause to the staff and owners, who have always been very kind, courteous and available to satisfy all our "whims" and/or requests.
The rooms are welcoming and equipped with all the necessary comforts.
Recommended for anyone who finds themselves in that place.
P.S. I cannot understand those who criticize this structure as much as those who, for sport or other purposes, give rise to this chatter, setting themselves up as the champion of the nation, while doing nothing concrete to change the system.
I would be very pleased to know the comforts of the homes of these "critics and connoisseurs" and above all I would like to observe the daily dishes of their home kitchens.
You are just spoiled.

20/11/2024: Abbiamo alloggiato in questo b&b per due notti. Struttura a conduzione familiare, immersa nel verde della Basilicata, a qualche km da Matera.
La struttura è molto bella, stanza confortevole e calda, pulizia ottima. Colazione abbondante e il ristorante che c'è all'interno è veramente ottimo. Un ringraziamento particolare a Marta e Rocco in sala per la loro cortesia e disponibilità. I gestori della struttura sono anch'essi alla mano e disponibilissimi. Consigliato al 100%!
