02/02/2026: The sandwiches are high-quality, with excellent meat and careful cooking. The fries are perhaps a little yellow/orange, due to the old oil.
Unfortunately, when it's busy, the wait for food is long (we waited about 1 hour and 10 minutes). After dinner, we quickly had to vacate our table for the 9:00 PM service.
Unfortunately, I didn't appreciate the rush to vacate our table for the next service.
Overall, the atmosphere is nice, with an industrial feel.
12/12/2025: I went last week with my family. The hamburgers were truly special; I had the tartare, which was amazing. The service was well-organized and fast, and the staff were friendly. The atmosphere was modern and charming. Highly recommended.
