01/10/2025: There is a man here who has made fire his servant and can call upon it to transform enormous chunks of cow into the thing God intended it to be. He does this in a fireplace over an open flame 10 feet away from your table. With his right hand he slices with a sword and with his left he spreads salts that have been gathered from around the earth. I would fly here from the US for dinner every night if I could afford it.
27/09/2025: Nothing to say about the food and location, good and beautiful place, with the meats cooked on the grill, the service perhaps a little inattentive and customers should be given the same attention, to foreigners all the wines by the glass were explained, to Italians however more superficially, we have white, red or prosecco

05/10/2025: We came on recommendation and were totally disappointed. There are many positive reviews, which I can't understand, because first of all, the staff lacks hospitality. You feel rushed off, without the attention you'd expect in a better restaurant. The outdoor glass-enclosed seating area is a large room, perhaps with a nice view during the day (but that's less important after sunset), but otherwise lacks any special ambiance. The food was average at best, especially compared to other restaurants in the region (meat dish okay, side dish weak; pasta dish unsatisfactory because it seemed pre-cooked and reheated rather than fresh). The prices are completely exorbitant.
04/10/2025: The food was delicious (vitello tonato, tagliata, and liver), but the service and atmosphere were truly poor. We felt like unwanted guests – the waitress snatched the plate of vitello from my partner while he was finishing his sauce, and all the staff seemed stressed and grumpy. The only people who smiled at us were (I think) the head chef and the cook who was preparing the meats over the fire. The poor atmosphere prevented us from enjoying the food to the fullest extent it deserved.
