18/02/2025: GENEROUS Rudeness and lack of communication. After three days of booking we asked for cancellation due to illness, asking for partial penalty or change of dates. They could have cancelled even just one day. Nothing, they charged the entire stay.

29/11/2024: A NIGHTMARE If I could give less than 0 I would. My boyfriend and I spent a night that was nothing short of surreal. Around 2 am I woke up with my head soaking wet because it had started raining inside. My boyfriend went downstairs and there was no one at the reception. He found a man in the courtyard outside, who didn't even work for them, but was there to do some work, who came to see the leak and as a solution suggested we move the bed further away. We insisted on having another room so we could at least have dry sheets. The next morning we told them what had happened and they replied "it can happen". They promised us a voucher to return that hasn't arrived yet. The incident dates back to a year ago. I would attach photos of the trickle of water on my pillow but I can't.
