18/01/2025: Very nice place and very good food on average. It's a shame about the total chaos in the evening (the place gets very full, it's difficult to walk inside) and the service is a bit slow/tough to keep up with (always due to the huge amount of people there in the evening) . Prices a little high (but still acceptable) and there isn't too much parking nearby.

29/11/2024: A NIGHTMARE If I could give less than 0 I would. My boyfriend and I spent a surreal night to say the least. Around 2am I woke up with a soaked head because it had started raining inside. My boyfriend comes down and there was no one at the reception. He finds a gentleman in the courtyard outside, who doesn't even work for them, but was there to do some odd jobs, who comes to see the leak and as a solution suggests moving the bed further away. We insist on having another room to at least have dry sheets. The next morning we tell us what happened and they reply "it could happen". They promised us a voucher to return which to date has not yet arrived. The incident occurred a year ago. I would attach photos of the trickle of water on my pillow but I can't.

09/11/2024: A very cosy and affordable hotel. It's a very good alternative for the absurdly expensive stays in Cortina D'ampezzo, being only an hour away from attractive hikes and ferratas. Around the hotel, there are a couple of shops, where you can get the most basic supplies. The interior is well-maintained and clean and the rooms have everything a hiker would require. The hall and lobby downstairs, empty and deserted off-season, with silent music coming from an abandoned bar, makes a little spooky, impression. My only complaint is that the staff is very hard to reach. The reply time on booking is measured in days rather than hours. It's all nice to have full self-service, which definitely works when you don't need anything. Once you need some assistance, it can really backfire on you. I had the dubious pleasure of needing to contact someone, and I discovered that none of the emergency numbers work. Other than that, it's a highly recommended place.
