01/03/2025: I ordered a 99 without onion and specifying that I wanted BBQ and Tabasco sauces without mayonnaise. I received the normal sandwich without any of the changes I requested. I brought it back asking for explanations and it was returned to me the same. I asked for cutlery and was given 3 toothpicks for chips. It's a shame because in the end the sandwich wasn't even that bad, but it would have been nice to get my order, because if I had been more picky I would have completely ruined my dinner.

01/03/2025: I must say that the fact that they only make sandwiches is not a good starting point, this should in fact presuppose that they are made well but this is not the case, they are in fact acceptable and nothing more than any other place with more choice. The service is poor and evidently poorly trained, charging a cover charge is excessive, a paper/cardboard support and when you ask for cutlery, you get some chip forks that are even a little damaged, but I may have been unlucky for this. Furthermore, out of eight sandwiches, 2 arrived incorrectly and one of these was not even fixed. However, the sandwich was, at least mine, what I had asked for and I was satisfied. But even though the sandwich is good, it must be said that the quality/price ratio is still terrible.
