11/08/2024: Everything excellent. At rush hour you have to wait, like everywhere else, but it's worth it.
10/08/2024: The Old Wild West chain is always safe when it comes to eating particular sandwiches, different from the usual. For the first time we went vegan on this occasion and we were not disappointed: also in this case the flavors were sublime and well balanced with each other. The only flaw, which always seems to follow this chain regardless of location, is the wait. What I hypothesize is that they do not use the same personnel resources in the kitchen as the dining room staff. But other than that, the guys were kind and helpful towards customers. The professionalism is there and you can feel it.

11/06/2024: A little pearl, I went there on my lunch break and I'll be back as soon as possible. Excellent food, very friendly staff, excellent prices for what you consume. Possibility of a first, second and quarter menu of wine or water at an excellent price.

08/08/2024: Let me start by saying that I have eaten in several restaurants in the chain...my review concerns the restaurant in Cremona...
Being able to make comparisons I must say that the restaurant in Cremona is truly a disaster.... let's start with the staff in charge of the dining room, a blonde lady with an Eastern accent who was very rude when we entered...
Waiters very slow and careless of the customer's needs...(It was already 9pm by now tired...pity it was Sunday and the restaurant closes at 11pm)
Let's move on to the food we had the ribs which arrived cold and burnt... the coffee ordered but never arrived.,.
Very poor and very slow service
