09/02/2025: I was in this place a couple of years ago in the summer nice nice good food. I decide to come there in the winter. I don't know if it has changed management or in the winter I would define them as a bit disappointing. It doesn't have beer on tap, evidently from what we saw the place wasn't full on Saturday night so perhaps this was the choice not to have them, because they don't consume much of it... the sandwich with the tartare was good, however the hamburger one wasn't that great, an overcooked hamburger almost looked like the MC's! Never mind the desserts had almost nothing of those listed, we opted for a pistachio millefeuille (that is, a poor quality pistachio thrown on top that had everything except pistachio flavour) so let's leave it alone. If I were to go back, given how it looks at this moment, totally different from the summer, I would not go back and I do not recommend it! What survived was the tartare sandwich, even the bread was of good quality but let's leave the rest alone! Hoping this review of mine will be an inspiration to review something and improve or rather return to the place I met in the summer!!!

01/03/2025: Terrible experience, first and last time I set foot in the place. The extremely interminable wait (2 hours) was justified first with 'lack of buffalo mozzarella' (and we were served two pizzas therefore without buffalo mozzarella, with the staff's insistence in trying to convince us that they were the ones we ordered) and then with 'lack of mozzarella in general' (which on a Friday evening, with a reservation, is quite absurd). Nonetheless, they proceeded to go and buy it and finally the pizzas arrived (one of which - gluten-free - was frozen, the ones with very watered down vegetables and the last one was served with a further delay). The high point of the evening was reached at the moment of payment when, following our complaints, an employee decided to attack us verbally and with rather worrying physical outbursts (even jumping up on the pizza counter); extremely unprofessional and disrespectful attitude towards a PATIENT and above all PAYING CUSTOMER. The boy's verbal aggression took place firstly against an adult woman, and then continued against the rest of the guests, who rightly intervened. The lack of education and professionalism left me speechless. I feel sorry for the girls who work there and they certainly felt in difficulty given the completely inconsiderate and unacceptable ways of the young man. Highly not recommended!
