08/05/2025: Despite having come to Camigliatello many times, the Steak House by Uncle Silvio turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The triptych of porcini mushrooms was excellent and the small samples (that's a euphemism) of pasta with porcini mushrooms and morels were excellent. The Aglianico that accompanied the dishes was excellent. Advised
