23/01/2025: PHENOMENAL; We chose Terre di Levidonia for our wedding vows and we all, and I mean everyone, left fully satisfied. Delicious and plentiful food, professional, kind and very patient waiters; Friendly and helpful owners; And a location that doesn't appear in the photo, much more beautiful when you see it live and experience it. We will definitely be back ☺️

24/10/2024: We had the most incredible dining experience at this restaurant, nestled on the way to Albidona, this gem boasts almost a 360-degree panoramic view that takes your breath away. The atmosphere is as delightful as the food! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family by the owners and staff. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The highlight was the small platters of local specialties that just kept coming until we were almost full—though we couldn't resist tasting every dish because they were simply that good! Each plate was crafted with love and care, showcasing the best of local, high-quality produce. Every bite was a testament to the chef’s passion for cooking, making this an unforgettable culinary experience. If you’re looking for a place that combines stunning views, incredible food, and exceptional service, this is a must-visit! Can't wait to return!

15/01/2025: Excellent meat, abundant and tasty dishes. Excellent value for money. A pit stop of taste and satiety with a limited expense that is absolutely worth experiencing and trying an evening in the Aiello grill that cannot be missed.

12/02/2025: We were in this place during a weekend in Camigliatello... and we decided to have dinner at Uncle Silvio's. As appetizers we took Silane potatoes with porcini mushrooms, grilled caciocavallo, breaded and fried porcini mushrooms. Three first courses Risotto with porcini mushrooms, Scialatielli alla silana with sausage, Strozzapreti wild boar ragù as a second course for a slice of beef All washed down with an excellent local wine... unquestionable availability and courtesy of the staff. At the end of the meal we enjoyed mini chocolate, truffle and salted caramel cheesecakes! The price was reasonable based on the quality of what we consumed..

06/02/2025: I went to this pleasant place for the first time with a friend, attracted by curiosity for Venezuelan cuisine and since in several trips to Central and South America I have always appreciated what I ate, and I must say that even Caracas bistro has done nothing but confirm my appreciation for South American cuisine, so much so that I have returned other times with family and other friends. During the various visits I wanted to taste all their specialties and they are all very good and honestly I couldn't choose one in particular to recommend because they are all really special and tasty. I suggest you accompany everything with the excellent sangria and finish with the churros. I have read several reviews and I want to add one thing, addressing those who complain about slow service, when we go to ethnic places we must consider their culture as well as what we eat, so I understand that it seems strange to us or that it bothers us to wait a long time but it is also their custom to be more relaxed than us. An Indian guide on one of my trips told me that we Westerners don't know how to enjoy the things in life because we are always in a hurry and I agree, at least when we go out we think about enjoying the company and the evening without thinking about the time, what matters is being together and enjoying good food. 11/01/2025: Venezuela in the center of Amantea! Excellent place with sublime sandwiches. I got the Pastora Deluxe sandwich and I have to say it was one of the best I've ever had. Very crunchy breading, perfect bacon and an excellent balance of flavours
