08/02/2025: We waited too much, not recommended
01/02/2025: I came to the venue to book the birthday party, speaking directly to the manager on duty.
I was very disappointed by his lack of professionalism and lack of organization as he disappeared to take other orders (at the drive-thru) and do something else entirely.
I waited way too long to get his full attention and fix all the details... UNACCEPTABLE
