26/08/2025: Every time we return to Puglia, we stop at Bubba. The atmosphere is beautiful and well-kept, the staff is incredibly friendly, and above all, the food is delicious. Everything from pizza to sandwiches to meat is delicious.

I'm not giving it five stars because the prices are slightly above average, but this is now a common theme among all the restaurants in Salento. In any case, the place is excellent and I highly recommend it.

19/07/2025: The place where we ate best during our vacation in Salento, staying in the Poggiardo area for dinner. We didn't want to take the car even in the evening, so we always stayed in town! The staff were great, young, and helpful. The food was excellent, and the price was fair! Well done, guys. Keep it up!

11/08/2025: For those who want to taste the authentic Salento puccia, this is the place to go and a must-try.
The puccia with pieces of horse meat is simply fabulous.
The puccia dough is expertly made, and the pieces, for those who are connoisseurs, are exactly the kind you'd find made by Salento mothers. Spectacular.
The prices are fair, and I'd say I would have even paid a few euros more for the quality.
Highly recommended, and congratulations again to the owner of this corner of deliciousness.

22/08/2025: It was recommended to us by the property where we were staying, and I have to say it was excellent! Impeccable service, a lovely setting, quiet, and a total relaxation. I must say the dishes were also good. The only flaw was the porcini mushroom cream. It was good, but not 100% satisfying; something was missing. But overall, everything was good!

29/07/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance and were truly delighted with everything. The atmosphere is American-style, with an indoor playroom, a dining room, and a very pleasant outdoor terrace. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and they even brought us a water bowl for our dog. Both the appetizers and sandwiches were excellent, but our favorite was the cheesecake topping, truly American-style. We'll definitely be back.

Aperitif served with 5 olives, 4 tarallini, a tiny portion of peanuts, and a mini snack, €14.40... considering the €10 drink, these measly appetizers cost €4, when in every bar they're served as a basic appetizer... ugh...

31/05/2025: Place not suitable for vegetarians/vegans.
Entered with enthusiasm, left with disappointment. I read "100% vegan line" and then I discover that the vegan burgers are cooked on the same plate as the meat. No, it's not a joke.
I think it's right to point out that offering a vegan line also implies avoiding contamination, otherwise we can't talk about truly vegan dishes.
It's a question of respect for those who have chosen a vegan lifestyle for ethical, environmental or health reasons.

25/02/2024: Nessuno si è ancora preso il fastidio di comunicare urbi et orbi che codesto mc donald non esiste più. E’ un bene per la città, perché la sua puzza impestava tutto il centro storico. Purtroppo la pasticceria che ne ha preso il posto non è meglio..;
30/09/2023: Il MC cristo era molto buono ma sapeva di sotto palla scarfariciato,che dire della impepata di cozze molto buona ma sapeva di filetto fish.
Il mio amico ha ordinato un MC mescio solo che è arrivato cn 30min di ritardo e e sapeva di tonno sarà pk nn si lava,le patatine di polpo sono molto ma preferisco quelle al Pico.
Il mio amico Luke ha preso un don Perignon 2010 solo che nel versarlo il camariere se l'è scolato.
Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo un panino all' astice(MC ascic) soli 44.89£
Detto questo nn tornerei qui mai più neanche per 1€.

15/07/2023: Era la 3° volta che ci andavo e devo dire che per ben due volte ho mangiato bene. Ma forse sarà cambiata la gestione? Non lo so. Non discuto sulla qualità del cibo ,il pesce era fresco ma discuto sul prezzo.So solo che un piatto misero di frittura mista invisibile nel piatto è costata la bellezza di 13€.
Se son tornata per la 3° volta di sicuro non ci tornerò mai più..
