11/01/2026: Last night, for dinner, I decided to go to the McDonald's drive-thru. I ordered my two menus, parked to eat, and while I was eating the fries, I noticed a hair inside. Of course, I went back to tell them, but the only thing I heard was, "Come and we'll remake it for you." Honestly, I expected an apology from the staff. They asked me to return the fries with the hair inside to verify if it was there, as if I was just doing it to get a handful of extra fries. I also received rude responses from the staff. I wasn't expecting much, just a little politeness and respect. Congratulations for your professionalism.

24/12/2025: We were in a hurry and after a long time we decided to go to the drive thru. Already disappointed in the past but we wanted to try again... It would have been better to avoid it... 5 menus, half-raw chips, 2 sandwiches seemed to have had sugar added and the others tasted like cardboard, 2 bottles of water were missing, mine was told not to put cheese and I found myself with a double slice... So I skipped dinner... And more than half the food was thrown away because it was inedible... €45 I found expensive especially for throwing money away.
