14/02/2025: 21 minutes of waiting for a toast at the drive-through... It seems like an excessive wait to me
02/02/2025: Let's say everything is normal for McDonald's in general but when you get takeaway, both at the Drive and inside, stop in the parking lot to check that everything is there because 8 times out of 10 something is missing. If you point it out immediately they will replace it, if a few minutes pass (they check the time on the receipt) they tell you that they don't know and they don't care.
