05/08/2024: I've eaten cutlets but never like the one at the Roadhouse in Desenzano. Soft breading with delicious chicken inside, excellent for tasting all the sauces available. Recommended like the whole chain in Italy.

18/08/2024: Let me start by saying that I don't usually give negative reviews, in fact I always tend to give positive reviews but here I was really disappointed. I booked this place for 2 people, trusting the reviews and with a great desire to eat a nice burger... but unfortunately it went badly, maybe the employees were having a bad day. Aside from the fact that I book a certain type of table and when I arrived the table was occupied. The place is practically empty and I am given a place that honestly left a bit to be desired when instead there were wonderful tables of 4, given your mistake you could have turned a blind eye, it doesn't take days to eat anyway and I repeat... the place was empty. The waitress arrives and seats us outside he asks if we wanted some water for our dog, I politely thank him and wait for it... it never arrived. Nothing the evening ended there, after being ignored for half an hour and the dog never drank, we decided to get up and leave feeling very ashamed towards them, I didn't even have the chance to tell the girl what was wrong we were going because she never came out. I don't understand how customers can be neglected like this when there were 6 people at the tables and 2 waitresses on the cross. I would have sincerely preferred at least an apology for the extreme delay, if there had been any problems we would have waited even longer, since I had paid €10 for parking to come there. Wonderful location in perfect American style and the food will certainly have been delicious seeing other people's dishes. But the service leaves a LOT to be desired, I highly recommend the owner to increase the staff. I don't know if I will come for a second chance in the future. I'm sorry but having worked as a waitress, respect for the customer is the first thing.

17/08/2024: Quite nice place, very slow service, fair price/quantity, but very low price/quality. Food not fresh, perhaps packaged, I had toast with an egg that was completely cooked, rubbery bacon, much loved salad..
