14/12/2025: The hotel was part of a trip during the Advent season, with two days in Verona and Venice. It's located about 20 km from Verona. The hotel is clean and welcoming, but the most important thing is the staff: truly fantastic. They did everything they could to help me, with great kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism. We had a small problem, which was resolved quickly, and they all helped me, two or three at a time, even when some things got lost. I felt truly looked after and safe, as if they genuinely cared about the guests and not just the work. I truly have no words: only compliments and a sincere recommendation.

09/11/2025: The rooms aren't the best. They're adequately clean. The price isn't particularly high. It's fine for a one-night stopover. The bathrooms aren't in great condition. The faucets have seen better days. I opened the minibar, which was empty, but in the darkness of the door I found a large cockroach that quickly disappeared into the darkness.
