16/01/2025: Sono andata per una cena con amici, tutto perfetto, a/r in moto slitta guardando il panorama Magico, luna piena e niente freddo, accoglienza col sorriso da parte di tutti, da Elena e Ephrem i titolari, la figlia Emily e Tutti i ragazzi che lavorano lì. Mangiato benissimo, un ottima chinoise, la torta di mele, goduriosa, lo splendido panorama che si vede dalla terrazza, i "gatti" che sistemavano le piste x l'indomani. Insomma, da ritornare.

20/08/2024: Excellent base for those who go to Val Veny and especially for those who go to see the Miage with its beautiful lakes for those who love the mountains. The menu is good with Aosta Valley food and sandwiches. Nice view. Recommended for those arriving and/or leaving between lunch and intending to refresh themselves/eat. Check and book upon arrival. The prices are not exaggerated, they are acceptable given the place. Happy mountain.
20/08/2024: We returned from a tour of a refuge, and stopped for a snack. Very nice environment, mountain view around. Almost empty place, we waited and a young and friendly waiter arrived, we ordered 2 slices of cake and two cans of Sprite. 22 euros..... The cake was good 🤤 maybe a little expensive.... Considering that the refuge is not lost in the middle of the mountains but reached by public transport or if you prefer on foot. Owner, perhaps tired, a little sulky.

18/01/2025: As other reviewers have said, prices not displayed anywhere, probably out of shame. 5eur for a small hot chocolate. Half souvenir shop, half bar/cafe…in hindsight, our mistake in not spotting it.
05/01/2025: They made us pay 7 euros more for things we didn't order or consume. Furthermore, the prices are not displayed.

28/09/2024: Rifugio in quota con ristorante a self service con cibo di ottima qualità, prezzi molto validi e porzioni abbondanti, bar caratteristico con ottime torte e personale gentile e disponibile con tavoli vista montagne
23/08/2024: Rifugio situato appena sotto punta hellbronner e raggiungibile comodamente dalla cima….piatti ben cucinati con prezzi nella norma, tutto a mo di self service…

02/09/2024: A simple but authentic menu in a rustic setting. We chose the polenta concia which was very satisfying, a generous portion and loaded with cheese, served piping hot. The restaurant is along the Val Ferret with beautiful surrounds and Mt Blanc as a backdrop. Would definitely recommend.

Quel che cerchi dopo una bella camminata tra boschi e ruscelli in cui si rispecchiano i monti più belli delle Alpi . Cosa chiedi in mezzo a tanta bellezza naturale? Una cucina semplice, autentica.location raccolta e famigliare .
Pochi piatti in menù ma veraci e saporiti. Polenta dieci e lode con vari accostamenti eccellenti dallo speck, uova al tegamino, funghi, ai formaggi dal gusto vero di alpeggio. Crêpes alla valdostana con spinaci da segnalare. Non mancano insalate e trote di torrente. Dolci della tradizione orgoglio della casa. Molto molto soddisfatti di tutto. Conto e prezzo dei vini locali (in bottiglia consiglio L’Oura più che onesto) da ripetere e portarci gli amici
