25/06/2025: Staff was exceptionally rude. After waiting for 5 minutes at the front they finally responded to us and instructed us to wait for 2 minutes as they were setting up a table for us. At least 10 to 15 minutes go by of us standing at the front and the table still had not been made. Not only did they seem extremely understaffed but they ended up giving another two guests a table before us (unsure if they had booked prior or not because they spoke a language I didn’t understand). There were many free tables available. They could have said no, we cannot give a table unless you book. But they told us to wait for two minutes, only for us to be standing for 15 as other people got tables. Gave me the impression business was running poorly, so they grabbed us and told us to wait as soon as we got there 🤷♀️ Very poor service, I don’t recommend unless you book prior. Very rude, clear communication could have mitigated this issue. Its a shame because the food smelt delicious but apparently its overpriced anyway 🤣

27/03/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante l'ultima sera della nostra vacanza a San Valentino. Frequentiamo questa zona da moltissimi anni, ma è stata la prima volta che ci venivamo ed è stata un'ottima scoperta, peccato non averlo fatto prima. Il cibo, il servizio, l'ambiente, il prezzo, tutto era perfetto. Ci ritorneremo, sicuramente a luglio, questa volta vorremo assaggiare nuove pietanze, conoscerci meglio.

Anche il pane non era fresco!Schüttelbrot molle e cibo salato. Ho fatto fatica a digerire. Notte insonne!

04/06/2025: caffè buono, ma il gelato non è stato granché: te ne mettono una buona quantità, a scapito della qualità... nessun gusto sapeva di qualcosa. il locale è molto bello, interni ed esterni davvero gradevoli
03/03/2025: Ci eravamo già fermati per un apeiritvo sui tavoli all'esterno d'estate. Questa volta i tavoli esterni al sole erano pieni e ci siamo accomodati nel bell'interno in stile Vienna.
In 3 abbiamo bevuto un prosecco, un Hugo e un originale aperivo alcolico della casa. Ci è stato servito con una piccolissima ciotola di patattine e altro, alla richiesta di altre patatine ci sono stati addevitati sul conto 50 centesimi: la prima volta che mi succede, con più 20 euro di aperitivi. Abbiamo preso anche una zuppa di orzo e funghi, una focaccia tipo pizza e un tramezzino, discreti. Spesa totale 43 euro più l'extra per le patatine. Servizio poco attento.

24/03/2025: I took very good goat and cow cheeses; goat salami not bad and strudel paid 18.50 completely burnt on the bottom... I came mainly for that, very bad.
13/03/2025: Was excited about the selection of products and wine; however felt betrayed by the seller who talked us into “Speck Gin” which “doesn’t taste like speck, just smoky and like the herbs speck is often cooked with.” It tasted exactly like pork and I’ve never had anything so disgusting in my life. We we asked them about this, they said it was our fault for purchasing it. This is not how good businesses that want return clients treat their customers. Very disappointing.

01/04/2025: Sono in vacanza a Ortisei con la mia famiglia e proprio ieri abbiamo deciso di consumare qualcosa in questo bar . Allego foto perché sono ancora incredula, ci hanno portato uno strudel pieno di muffa con una marea di vaniglia per camuffare!! Servizio pessimo persone maleducate che mi hanno risposto pure in malo modo tipo cosa vuole che le dica signora.. non l ho fatta neanche pagare! È inaudito che esistano posti del genere da noi a Roma come minimo ci avrebbero fatto una multa! Una cosa del genere è da NAS chiudete con quello che costate vergognatevi e poi vi sentite pure precisi e perfetti complimenti!!
Il mio consiglio non ci andate !!!
05/01/2025: Posto creato per fregare i turisti, Personale scortese, in una veranda chiusa ho dovuto mangiare con tutti che fumavano vicino a me, l’ho fatto notare al cameriere mi ha detto chieda il conto e vada via! MAI PIÙ
