09/05/2025: My job is flavorist, so I'm well trained in evaluating flavors. After a week of vacation in several places in the Tuscany and eating gelato every day, I can say, this is the best of the whole trip. It has natural and right flavors and textures. Ottimo gelato!

16/11/2023: Sono entrata con un'amica per due caffè. Il marito ha pagato con cinque euro, appoggiandole sull'apposito vassoietto ed è uscito.
Quando abbiamo finito di bere, ci siamo spostate alla cassa per avere il resto che non c'era.
Abbiamo chiesto dove fosse e a questa domanda, il gestore, abbastanza infastidito, continuando a farsi i fatti suoi senza neppure guardarci, ha risposto " Mah... l'avrà preso qualcun'altro" . Alle nostre rimostranze non si è neppure degnato di rispondere, per cui ce ne siamo andate giurando di non metterci più piede.
Se non sapete stare al pubblico, fate altro!
