13/02/2025: pastry bar in the center of Bronte, after lunch we stopped to taste the coffee with pistachio, a real delicacy, the coffee is prepared in small glass glasses, then the pistachio cream and the grains are added to the edge of the glass, they also sell pistachios, the owner, a distinguished gentleman, told us how the cultivation and harvesting of pistachios is done, there are male and female plants and they bear fruit every 2 years, he was very kind, the pistachio coffee was the best
01/02/2025: Super spectacular pistachio arancino. It is crunchy and the characteristic is that the rice is mixed with pistachio pesto and the filling is not béchamel-like, but is a very soft pesto.
The rest of the diner is also excellent
Delicious pistachio ice cream, it is made with real pistachios and not with vials or colorings.
The biscuits are excellent, try the two-coloured chocolate hearts

I've been going to this bar for three years now.
So I can say that the atmosphere is welcoming and well cared for, perfect for relaxing alone or with friends. The staff is very kind and always available, they make you feel at home every time. The quality of the drinks is excellent: the coffee is truly one of the best I have ever tasted, prepared and served with care. Not just coffee, the drinks are also quality and delicious. The sweets and snacks section is also excellent.
Highly recommended for a quality break in a pleasant environment!

28/02/2025: Se cercate l’eccellenza dei dolci siciliani, questa pasticceria a Bronte è una tappa obbligata! Ogni prodotto è realizzato con materie prime di altissima qualità, a partire dal celebre pistacchio di Bronte, lavorato con maestria per creare autentiche delizie. Dai biscotti ai panettoni, dalle creme spalmabili ai dolci tradizionali, ogni assaggio è una vera esplosione di gusto.
Il personale è gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile a consigliare il meglio in base ai gusti e alle esigenze dei clienti. Si percepisce la passione e la cura con cui ogni prodotto viene realizzato.
Se amate i dolci artigianali e volete vivere un’esperienza di gusto unica, questa pasticceria merita assolutamente una visita (e più di una!).

08/02/2025: L'angolo dei sapori è una tappa obbligatoria per tutti gli amanti del pistacchio. Questa pasticceria offre dolci incredibili, dai cannoli ai gelati, fino agli arancini. Tutto freschissimo e dal sapore autentico. L'accoglienza è il vero punto forte: la signora Barbara è gentilissima e ti fa sentire come a casa. Ci ha accolti con degli assaggini e ci ha consigliato le specialità del giorno. Un'esperienza deliziosa e genuina, assolutamente da provare.
