Well the comparison is unacceptable and merciless.
Found a very normal pizza like thousands in Turin, the farinata was very good but, at a cost of €7 per portion...
In general, a terrible value for money, in my opinion not justified (unlike his master's pizzeria where you pay and are happy).
Margherita pizza €7 and for the other types it's just a price increase but finding the average beer (Baladin) at €8 when at any fair (Peperone in Carmagnola for example) the same brand costs €4.5-5, It seemed really disproportionate to me!
Summary:
2 daisies (1 baby), a white devil (salami cut too often, hard under the teeth, left on the plate), a 4 cheese, 1 medium beer, 1 molecule, water... almost €60.... come on !
PS: on a nearby table I saw a completely red Hoax arriving with 4-5 sad mozzarella cherries placed on top... never seen it before... no further comments needed!
In response to the owner: the Baladin that you pay €4.5-5 at the fair is MEDIUM beer, not 33 cl, I recommend going out to some fairs.
You order kegs of them and, €7-8 a beer to accompany a pizza objectively demonstrates an exaggerated and disproportionate increase in price.
No questions were asked to me at the checkout but, if you question: "is everything okay?" I would have replied as stated, you would have immediately lowered the price of the beers to your entire price. menu? Or did the pizza facelift with Bufala making it presentable? Or did I change the salami supplier? I act to lighten and make your pizza lighter. dough? And... last but not least, maybe think about asking for or offering a bitter?? Another thing you didn't do despite having collected a large bill...
Calling "evil" into question in the face of objective criticism is out of place as well as untruthful.
PS: behind every restaurant there are managers who make effort and sacrifices but fortunately, there are few who think of their customers as simple ATMs... take an example.
