04/01/2025: We discovered this restaurant through Alessandro Borghese's "4 Ristoranti" television show and decided to have our New Year's Eve dinner here during our holiday in the Marche, booking two months in advance. We were delighted with the decision! Place located just inside the walls of Sirolo with a beautiful sea view, large and well-furnished interiors, very courteous staff and quick and efficient service. Formula of the evening at 110 Euros per person, drinks included, with a glass of champagne brought with the first of the appetizers and as the wine of the evening an excellent Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi "Casal di Serra" 2022 from the well-known Umani Ronchi company, which is well it is accompanied by the various courses, and a glass of sparkling wine for the toast. All the dishes we tasted were delicious, with balanced and never intrusive flavours, a real delight. Many appetizers: to start with an oyster (accompanied by a glass of Champagne), then tuna tartare with stracciatella, caramelized onion and gazpacho, marinated anchovies, panzanella and sapa, sandwich with red snapper ham, raw scampi with lime gel, seared scallops, sliced ​​tuna, grilled octopus, polenta with seafood, aubergine caponata and swordfish. As a first course, paccheri with shellfish sauce and as second courses, croaker in potacchio with cherry tomatoes and olives and a mixed fried fish with vegetables. For dessert, a chocolate bar filled with raspberries. Finally, after the midnight toast, the traditional lentils. Also worth highlighting is the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner Giorgio, who stopped by the tables at the end of the evening to find out if everything had gone well and who kindly took the usual photo. We can't wait to return as soon as possible and be able to choose à la carte. Highly recommended place, one of the best fish restaurants we have ever been to. Well done!

02/11/2024: ...si sia fermato! E con la mente e col cuore ritorni a tante vacanze passate con i miei a Numana. "Da Sara" era il ristorante preferito di mio papà e con grande emozione ho ritrovato lo stesso posto, la stessa simpatica atmosfera e soprattutto tante cose buone da gustare. Mancava che dalla cucina uscisse la signora Sara con il suo sorriso e tutto sarebbe stato perfetto! Grazie🙏☺️💓

18/12/2024: Se amate la pizza, questo è il posto che fa per voi. Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in questo ristorante con la mia ragazza e siamo stati benissimo. Noi abbiamo mangiato pizza ma il menù è completo e prevede anche pesce, visto che si trova a Sirolo a due passi dal mare. La base ha un impasto leggero e fragrante, pizza cotta nel forno a legna che gli conferisce quel sapore unico che solo la tradizione sa regalare. I condimenti sono il vero punto di forza secondo me, abbinamenti perfetti ed abbondanti. L'ambiente è accogliente, e personale attento e pronto a consigliarti la pizza più adatta ai tuoi gusti. Veniamo al conto, in due abbiamo speso 55€ ed abbiamo aggiunto due birre e un dolce a testa. Molto bene, ci ritorneremo!
