28/04/2025: I sent my son to get a "fresh" cake, oh well, it's Monday, I don't have great expectations but the offer was really poor and the choice was disastrous, a tart, like a cooked cream, hard, stale, evidently at least 2 days old, painted with dry jelly with some poor berries that were begging for mercy. Ugly, old, unpleasant. Some things shouldn't be for sale. I have been using you since you opened but I will never come again also because in recent years the decline is evident, I'm sorry but you have to come out of the 90s, the pastry shop in the supermarket is better, take a trip to Oliver, Camily, or any other place, renew yourself a bit and maybe I'll come back. And it's not even a question of prices because if the product is good you'll spend it willingly. Renew yourself a little.
27/04/2025: 50 cents for two paper bags in addition to the cost of the things purchased, I had never seen it in any pastry shop, really never! If you happen to bring your own bags.

30/08/2024: Prodotti abbastanza buoni ma personale per nulla simpatico, il buongiorno lo si dovrebbe dire ad ogni cliente, sarebbe carino anche un sorriso ma vabbè, eviterò di spenderci altri soldi…
05/05/2024: Vengo qui occasionalmente perché il personale trovo sempre sia poco accogliente. Eppure ogni volta che ci vado non si smentiscono mai... Che sia nel farcire le briosche o servire i prodotti da forno, non ci pensano minimamente ad usare pinze o guanti. Stamattina ho potuto gustare una briosche presa a piena mano (che non aveva nemmeno lavato perché stava maneggiando dei soldi alla cassa), farcita con crema su cui ha versato (pescate rigorosamente con le dita dal barattolo) le gocce di cioccolato ed infine voilà il tocco finale di una fettina di arancia tagliata e ben aperta con i polpastrelli. E mentre consumavo vedevo ovviamente maneggiare e farcire con la stessa tecnica tutti i prodotti da forno. Senza la minima igiene. E senza cordialità, ho dovuto salutare per prima e francamente credevo che neanche rispondesse al saluto. Pessime.
