04/08/2024: Ordered with deliveroo and by mistake I placed two orders and immediately canceled the additional one. Nothing they withheld the money reasoning that it is their policy. It doesn't seem fair to regular customers, at least they would have made a better impression if they had given a coupon. Meanwhile, they kept the three chickens together with the €51
They lost a customer and all my family and acquaintances. I hope that whoever reads this post can do the same. Thank you
