12/06/2025: Always a pleasure to go there, the girls in the dining room are exceptional, kind, attentive and affectionate, they make you feel like family.

11/06/2025: After doing the mc drive thru, I noticed that even though I had ordered (and paid for) two large menus, I was served two medium menus. I turn a blind eye and move on. Looking in the bag, I also notice that a sandwich was missing, so I decide to go in with the receipt and the bag still intact to ask very kindly for the missing sandwich to be given to me and I take the opportunity to also say that the menus I paid for were large, not medium. For the first five minutes, even though I was in front of the counter and everyone was there, no one looked me in the face. So I decide to ask myself, explaining the problem. The manager, very annoyed and arrogant, takes the chips from the bag, throws them in the garbage and starts to rant at me, saying that I was lying and calling me dishonest because she claimed she had made the bag and put the sandwich in it. After her tantrum, I decide to leave and obviously the sandwich was not given to me. So after being insulted, paying for things that were not given to me and being told that I am a dishonest thief, I ask McDonald's Assago to review their team and the manager to change jobs, because if you don't know how to work with the public, it's better that you don't do it!
