06/01/2026: A lovely little spot for a pub dinner with friends.
The sandwiches are delicious and there are several vegan options (there's also a platter, but I haven't tried it). The beers are well-curated.
Fair prices and friendly staff.
We'll be back.
04/01/2026: Beautiful place and good food....the house appetizer was delicious with fresh cold cuts and tasty cheeses...the staff was friendly and attentive even with so many people present...it's best to book otherwise you risk having to wait for a table...highly recommended, we will definitely be back

04/01/2026: We had a terrible experience... the first course was mussels, which smelled bad and tasted really bad, while the second course was a seafood risotto with lots of pieces of broken mussel shells inside the risotto, and it had no flavor at all.
The owner's response was (sorry, but that's part of the restaurant business).

I'll reply to your comment:
Inside the cavatello with potatoes and mussels, there were exactly 3 small mussels that were covered in the flavor of the potatoes and ricotta, and in the risotto, there weren't just 3 small pieces, but many more inside the plate. We tried to avoid them, but it was no use.
01/01/2026: Delightful experience for New Year's Eve at Mamaioa. The cuisine was delicious, the wines excellent, the service perfect. All in a warm atmosphere. Definitely a place to stop by when coming to Lecco.

Fantastic service.

27/12/2025: We've been customers of Zambros for years, ever since they were in the old location, and for us it's always a sure thing. It's a trattoria and pizzeria with a relaxed, family atmosphere.
The menu changes occasionally, but the food is always good: the pizza is delicious, and the cooking never disappoints. I have a weakness for Mrs. Rosy's ravioli: homemade, always different, and a pleasant surprise every time.
They are very attentive to dietary needs and always willing to make adjustments when needed, which I greatly appreciate. And then... the desserts! All delicious, with a special mention for the homemade tiramisu, which for us is a must.
A special thanks to Rosy, Alessandro, Silvia, and Irene, always kind, welcoming, and smiling.

12/10/2025: We sat for a coffe and sweet desert. The view was wonderful at the afternoon. The cheesecake was horrible, stale. The spoon for the capuccino was dirty and reused. The cappuccino had something like crumbs . I woudnt recomend the place except for the view

06/01/2026: Unfortunately, I have to leave one star. Every now and then I try to return to this pastry shop because, objectively, the products are well-made, leaving aside the rudeness and constant arrogance of the people who work there. I go in and ask for a cappuccino, a ginseng, and a pasticciotto. The girl makes a ginseng cappuccino. I tell her very politely that she made a mistake and that I asked for a cappuccino and a ginseng. They immediately get angry, blaming me for ordering that. I pretend nothing happened and ask her to make me what I asked for again. Her response? "And what do I do with this?" I reply that I don't know and that I would like what I asked for. They do it and make me pay for everything, almost €12 for a cappuccino, a coffee, and a pasticciotto. I'm not a person who clings to the euro, in fact I paid silently and politely left, but having a business too, I would never treat a customer in that manner, among other things having made a mistake, they made me pay for everything, needless to say I will never return, good products but come down from your pedestal ladies

27/09/2025: With a stunning lake view, we came in mid-September. There were only sandwiches. However, there were many varieties of beer.

But if you were expecting a piece of cake or a snack at the usual coffee time – you were wrong!
Dry cookies... nothing else.
The coffee – café latte and cappuccino – was still okay.
The entire complex was very unkempt, the toilets were disgusting, some of the terrace boards were completely weathered, and the screws were loose, posing a risk of accidents.
The service staff consisted of very young adults who had definitely not learned their trade.
What a shame, it could be such a nice place to enjoy and linger...

30/09/2025: My all-time favorite pastry shop. We've been getting cake there for every occasion for years now, and it's always delicious, not to mention the pastries and brioches. No one else makes custard like this.
