18/02/2024: To get the receipt you have to pay with a debit card, otherwise they won't do it for you... I must have seen 10 customers in a row who they didn't do it for, and then I see the wife at the entrance all dressed up in designer clothes... dishonest, in addition to making quality products very low…TO AVOID!!
14/02/2024: Pensavo di aver acquistato un ottima torta , diciamo tortina a forma di cuore di S.Valentino, l' aspetto bella, ma lasciamo perdere quando l' ho mangiata .L' interno spugnosa, non so che cosa sia la farcia. Pagata anche non poco .Pessima

18/02/2024: Stupidly expensive but okay, I’m in tourist area. I adore pomegranate juice and had to try, it was not the best I’ve had but it was good. Chocolate was average and not worth the price tag. Service was great. Decor and surroundings were really nice. Wouldn’t be in a rush to go back to this place (and I visit Como frequently, living nearby)

Ottima la selezione di the e cioccolate...ambiente arredato con gusto...servizio super e personale discreto.

25/02/2024: Come tanti altri (a leggere le recensioni) avevamo una smartbox per una degustazione, e abbiamo scelto di andare qui dopo aver letto le recensioni (spesso infatti abbiamo avuto brutte esperienze con le smartbox). Qui è tutto ottimo, il posto è piccolo, ma compensano la bontà del cibo e l’accoglienza. Ovviamente abbiamo fatto scorta di prodotti da portare a casa e torneremo a fare un’aperitivo (che sostituisce senza problemi un pasto completo).
14/02/2024: Tutto perfetto. Tutto di ottima qualità, tutto fresco e tipico pugliese. La ragazza che ci ha servito è stata super gentile e simpatica!

03/01/2024: Terrible welcome! As soon as we entered the lady didn't even greet us and began with "Say" in a rather arrogant manner. Despite this we stayed to order, but the attitude of the barmaid was uncommentable. She didn't even look at us and responded very annoyed to every request as if she didn't even want to serve us... in fact when we looked at each other embarrassed by the situation she told us "tell me eh! otherwise I'll fix everything."
at that point we left without having consumed.
I don't understand how it is possible to work in contact with people and not have the essential characteristics to do this job!
Obviously never again!
Not recommended.
