02/09/2023: I come back every year when I'm on holiday to try the ice cream from this patisserie because it's truly exceptional. There are various types of flavours, including very particular ones but always excellent, creamy and so good that you want to try them all. An extra star would be added for the pastries. Spectacular biscuits and sweets to be enjoyed even with ice cream for a sweet moment. unique. In my opinion the best ice cream and pastry shop in Ceriale.

Always the top, a delicious cappuccino but above all desserts, even vegan ones made by them, delicious. I'm not vegan but I love them and I come back every time for the wide choice. The ice cream this year too is the best. Classic flavours, some very particular and definitely delicious. The service was excellent and pleasantly friendly.

30/07/2023: atmosfera magica, ci sono stato con la mia ragazza e siamo stati benissimo. cocktail ottimi e originali che non si trovano da nessuna parte. i camerieri gentili e cordiali e il barista competente.
ci torneremo sicuramente.
29/07/2023: Inaccettabile il fatto che una volta chiesto di cambiare un cocktail che era imbevibile c’è stato cambiato facendocene pagare un altro. Ci sta sbagliare, però non si può andare contro il cliente. Inoltre, ci sono modi e modi con cui rivolgersi al cliente.
Non ci tornerei più.

04/09/2023: Maleducazione e scortesia senza ritegno: vivamente sconsigliato!
In questo locale si dovrebbe ricordare che il cliente “ha sempre ragione” e alimentare provocatoriamente la polemica nn ha senso tanto più quando si ha palesemente torto , vista la mancanza di professionalità ed efficienza nel gestire le colazioni.
Suggerisco vivamente quindi di organizzare diversamente il servizio, prevedendo un addetto senza che il cliente debba stare in coda, aspettare tempi biblici, portarsi quanto ordinato al tavolo e riportare vassoio.
Peccato!
I prodotti di pasticceria sono buoni, essendo stata ( il passato è doveroso) cliente per anni.
MAI PIÙ! VIVAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO.
