We had a wonderful dinner at Vicolo Intherno. The atmosphere was intimate and charming, perfect for a relaxed evening. Everything we ordered was beautifully presented and full of flavor.
To start, we tried the Parmesan and honey flan with caramelized onions and fondue, which was rich and delicate. The highlight for me was the meat ravioli with ragù—a comforting classic done just right, with a hearty and well-seasoned sauce. We also had the trofiette with pesto sauce, fresh and vibrant, topped with stracciatella for a creamy contrast.
For appetizers, we ordered what I believe was the Pasqualina with herbs and ricotta parmesan fondue—a unique combination with earthy mushrooms and crispy elements on the outside, paired with a velvety green fondue.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the menu offers something for everyone, from seafood lovers to vegetarians. Prices are reasonable given the quality, and the pasta is all handmade by the chef.
Definitely recommended if you’re in La Spezia and looking for something local, fresh, and flavorful!

11/02/2025: To my opinion the best cappucino I have had in Italy during my trip-a light, airy and creamy foam with a slight bitterness. I had a set that included coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, and a croissant with cream - simply excellent, and the atmosphere of tranquility and seclusion inside is also very valuable.

26/04/2025: I was disappointed, I ordered a sea bream... 700 g portion for two according to them for 30/40 euros together with very few fresh vegetables... in reality it wasn't even 500 g but about 300 g... anyway an exaggerated price for a sea bream. , we spent 41 euros for a 10 euro sea bream anywhere else..
24/03/2025: The restaurant is OK, staff is very nice and friendly but the food, when it comes to pasta carbonara, it's pretty bad. The bacon is very low quality and it ruins the whole pasta taste, and too much sauce. This is my review of this place, Only the spaghetti should be improved more better.

08/04/2025: We went out for dinner last night my better half and I went for dinner at the pantondo we had a great time the staff is excellent they recommend you well excellent place we ate really well we were satisfied the service is good the staff is excellent they recommend you well I ate ravioli with meat sauce very good cutlet and excellent chips my better half had the chicken and very good salad we had a really good time thanks Cecilia I recommend you go and eat and try you will be happy!!!!! 10/03/2025: We were billed for 20th place when we hadn't even used cutlery to eat our hamburgers. Charged for 2 bottles of water instead of one. Unfortunately we saw him once we left.
I mailed you the receipt and obviously no return. I'm not lying, the cutlery was charged at 10th per person. This is bad faith on your part and it is not correct.
Of course no more response from you...how astonishing

09/05/2025: Service was appalling, the €8 cheese omelette consisted of 1 egg, no cheese, 1 slice of tomato and 1 slice of cheap unbuttered toast.
We also scrambled eggs and bacon, the eggs were indeed scrambled, but the bacon was a tiny slice of bacon fat, with virtually no neat....
