17/08/2026: An extremely disappointing experience due to the management's attitude. Despite the good quality of the food and the courteous and professional service, an unacceptable incident occurred: my father found a nail in his plate. In addition to this very serious incident, the owner was incredibly rude and, instead of apologizing or trying to make amends, demanded full payment without any discount. This behavior is unspeakable and shows a total lack of respect for the customer. Shame.

13/08/2026: Today I finally went for a walk to the lighthouse in Lignano Sabbiadoro and was looking forward to my usual "beach" breakfast at the Punta Faro bar. I'd looked online and the opening hours already seemed bizarre...8:30 a.m.... oh well. I ordered a whole wheat brioche and a cold macchiato. The brioche was terrible quality: burnt on the top, soggy on the inside (it was one of those frozen ones from the discount store, just reheated in the oven); the coffee was average, neither good nor bad. The unpleasant surprise came at the checkout: a total of €5.20. Given the quality of the brioche, charging €3.00 is a rip-off!!!! A total disappointment. I absolutely do not recommend it. The girls were friendly, but that's not enough.

18/05/2026: A little hidden gem, located a bit off the main promenade. Delicious food with exceptionally friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. The only drawbacks are its location right on the main road and the fact that there's no smoking ban in the outdoor seating area (which was covered with tarpaulins during our visit).

10/08/2026: We visited this restaurant based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't as good; in fact, I must say that the quality of the food compared to the asking price was far from positive. After a mixed seafood appetizer, passable for the asking price of €25, we were treated to a plate of spaghetti with clams, similar to glue, and a plate of seafood linguine drowned in cooking water and sauce. When I mentioned the problem to the waitress, she replied that it was normal. The head waiter subsequently removed the seafood dish from my bill. I have to give credit for that, even if it wasn't served, to make the dinner a positive one. In my opinion, it's a tourist restaurant with top-notch prices. It doesn't work.

We had dinner this evening at Ristorante La Botte in Lignano Pineta with a group of seven, and the experience was truly enjoyable. Highlights of the evening: Food and Portions: We ate really well! The dishes are tasty, well-prepared, and the portions are generous, perfect for those who want to leave feeling full and satisfied. Service and Hospitality: The staff immediately proved to be very courteous, polite, and attentive to our needs, managing the large table with great professionalism and a smile. Value for Money: Prices were absolutely average for the area: we spent about €30 per person, a perfectly reasonable amount given the quality of the food, the quantity, and the excellent service we received. A welcoming place, highly recommended for a lovely dinner with family or friends in Lignano Pineta. We'll definitely be back!

27/09/2025: A true gem in the center of Lignano Sabbiadoro. A welcoming location, run with great professionalism by Annalisa and Mauro. The service is meticulously cared for by the entire staff. The menu satisfies even the most discerning and experienced palates, with quality and refined dishes. There's a special children's menu, as well as paper and pencils for drawing. The dishes are beautifully presented, with generous portions. The wine list is excellent. The prices are in keeping with the quality, service, and location. A rose at every table will warm your heart. We'll be back.
