22/01/2025: I booked this restaurant via the Fork. The price was okay with the discount. If we were using the normal price, I think that it's was going to be too much for what we had eaten. We waited too long before that someone came to take the order. The staff is okay, as expected. Very touristic restaurant. It's very close to the city centre. Overall, I recommend it because the atmosphere is nice.

20/01/2025: Modern environment, divided into two rooms with comfortable chairs and spacious tables, well spaced from each other. A little less those set up outdoors for the summer. Menu with a fair number of proposals, both fish and meat, which vary periodically. To these are always added off-paper proposals, generally listed verbally by the staff (with the flaw, however, of not having evidence of the price). In any case, the cuisine is taken care of: there is idea, creativity, ability to satisfy the requests and needs of the customer, with particular attention to celiacs. The prices of some dishes are a little too high, but the quality is not lacking and the portions are honest. Well organised, very efficient and professional staff. Good and serious catering professionals.

Being a large restaurant, the environment intended as "atmosphere" is not particularly nice, but everything is always clean and tidy. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable. Everything is very good. I almost always have fish dishes

21/01/2025: I’ve tried several restaurants in Milano Marittima, and I can confidently say that Ristorante La Baya is the best! The pasta is absolutely excellent, and I highly recommend the spicy mussels – they’re simply delicious. The ambiance is that of a typical local restaurant, but what truly stands out is the exceptional service. A must-visit!

18/09/2024: My oasis of goodness: dream breakfasts and a captivating family atmosphere! I go there every day and I have to say it's like coming home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the owner and bartenders are always smiling and attentive to my needs. The real strong point is breakfast: fragrant brioches, croissants of all kinds and expertly prepared coffee. Each bite is a riot of flavors that makes me start the day on the right foot. However, it's not just the food that makes it special: it's the family atmosphere you breathe in, feeling pampered and part of something bigger. For me it's now a fixed stop: I couldn't help but start my day with one of their fantastic breakfasts! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to have a great breakfast and feel at home!

17/01/2025: I had lunch with friends in this delightful restaurant on the beach, the atmosphere inside the place is of great care for the customer, very attentive, polite, respectful staff, nothing left to chance, owner present and Warm in his ways. The food is something exhilarating, first and second courses, desserts are certainly well plated, well decorated and excellent. I will be back very soon, I felt pampered, thank you. Honest prices.

18/01/2025: We go weekly to this melting pot of delights. Specifically, we are particularly "fond" of Parmesan, both for consumption as is and grated, of fiordilatte braids, of Tomini, scamorza, Fossa cheese and an Oscar-worthy culatello... I think it is superfluous to add that the quality is truly excellent. The competence and kindness of the gentlemen at the counter and the impeccable cleanliness of the place do the rest. Must try and return!

Where you set foot in this place, the aromas of freshly made desserts, the scent of good coffee and you understand that you are in a truly special place. The desserts I ate they are made with love and a lot of passion, I highly recommend you try the experience. The quality of the place is made by the people and they are truly special.
