02/11/2025: TLDR: Don't go to this hotel; the reviews are lying to you. English: I would give a zero if I had a chance, but this was probably the worst hotel I've ever been to. The front desk lady is the most unapproachable person ever, and she was very rude to my family. Breakfast is this military-style system where you have to request what to eat 24 hours in advance. There were no people at this hotel. Probably for a reason. Don't go to this hotel and go to La Locanda. If I could give it a zero, I'd give it a zero. It was probably the worst hotel I've ever been to. The lady at the front desk was just someone you couldn't get close to, and she was rude even to my family. Breakfast is some kind of military system: you have to say you want to eat 24 hours in advance. Are you kidding? There was no one in that hotel. And now you understand why. Don't go there. Better go to La Locanda.
