Very rich and varied hot and cold appetizers. Perfect service timing. The ratafia sorbet is always unique.
06/08/2026: One of those places where as soon as you leave, you're already thinking about when you'll be back! The staff is incredibly kind, smiling, and approachable (I'd like to take this opportunity to say hello to Andrea and Renato, who are friendly and kind professionals). The food is 11 out of 10 for quality, quantity, and price! Before leaving, a table full of people asked me to take their photo! They were retracing a trip they'd taken 20 years earlier, and on that occasion, too, they'd stopped at the Laguna Blu! If that's not a guarantee... 😃

They have a fish knife, which isn't always available in Giulianova, BUT... I spent an evening feeling like an intruder in someone else's home.
Greetings, kisses, and hugs at the large tables of loyal customers; the two of us walked in as if we were transparent.
I absolutely hate that they don't bring the menu, and I don't think I'm the only one, from what I've read and shared.
The place is certainly not elegant, nor is the waiter who whistles from one side of the room to the other, sending his arms flying over the customers' heads.
It's a real mess, everything served at high speed, which is fine until your plate is taken away before you've put down your fork. In my opinion, it's overrated, and honestly, the quality/price ratio seems unbalanced. It's also unpleasant to hear people say that "two tables hadn't eaten for one," which, to me, is definitely not a welcoming environment. If you're looking for a quiet dinner and want to relax, this is not the place.

13/08/2026: The best beach bar around the beach. Food is great, service is even better and the vibes are the best at least in the 2-3km radius I tried in the last 5 days. Huge thanks to the owners and staff for providing such a great overall experience.

First-rate food, especially the pizza and fried cheese.
Perfect service.
The main problem is the unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which is a real shame for such a beautiful place.

06/08/2026: We had dinner last night, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of our expectations.
The service was poor and decidedly slow. As for the food, the quality of the arrosticini wasn't great at all.
A truly sore and unacceptable point: the restrooms. They use the sanctuary's restrooms, which we found extremely dirty, lacking toilet paper, and in terrible condition. A place open to the public absolutely cannot present itself this way.
Finally, the bill is not cheap at all, especially when compared to the much higher quality found at several restaurants in the area on the coast.
The only plus is the splendid panoramic view offered by the location on the hill of the Santuario dello Splendore, but that alone isn't enough to justify the evening. Not recommended.

15/04/2025: "Siamo stati in questo locale con mia figlia.
Purtroppo, mentre aspettavamo il cibo, mia figlia ha iniziato a stare male e ha vomitato.
La persona che è intervenuta per pulire si è dimostrata visibilmente infastidita
dall'accaduto. Successivamente, mia figlia non ha potuto mangiare e al momento di pagare si è sentita male di nuovo. Sono corsa al bagno con lei, ma sono rimasta estremamente sorpresa e delusa dal comportamento della cameriera, che è venuta al bagno e mi ha detto, con poca gentilezza, che dovevo pulire io stessa perché lei era impegnata. Mio marito ha cercato di parlare con la proprietaria per segnalare quanto accaduto, ma anche lei si è mostrata in accordo con la cameriera, giustificando atteggiamenti che ho trovato maleducati e inappropriati. In particolare, ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto stare a casa se nostra figlia non stava bene, nonostante fosse in salute quando siamo arrivati.
Questo comportamento ci ha lasciato molto amareggiati."
31/03/2025: Ottima tavola calda con ambiente familiare e prodotti genuini. La cosa negativa è che se prendi solo il primo e una bottiglietta d'acqua ti fanno pagare 15 euro se prendi il menù completo comprensivo di primo,secondo, contorno ed acqua paghi 16.50 euro.
