This lack of accountability left my family waiting **over 3 hours** (we arrived at 5:30 PM, got a room at 9:45 PM), forcing us to cram into a friend’s room temporarily. 2. Unhygienic Room & Inconvenient Room Switch The first family room we were assigned reeked of a strong odor, prompting another complaint. Though staff initially claimed no alternatives existed, they suddenly “found” another family room. Even then, I had to assist staff in moving children’s beds, wasting precious time while my exhausted kids waited. 3. Non-Functional Amenities - **AC Issues**: The air conditioning was non-functional. The receptionist dismissively stated it’s “only turned on in summer,” ignoring guest comfort. If a hotel advertises AC, it should be available year-round.
