14/08/2024: After the excursion to Preda Rossa we decided to stop at Rifugio Scotti to eat (it was around 2.30pm), as soon as we arrived we waited for the lady (probably the owner) to speak to us, but after passing in front of us twice, again Nothing. When you decide to say hello to us, the We ask if we could sit down to eat, he nods pointing to a table that had only one bench (there were 2 of us + the dog) I politely ask her if we could sit at another table since they had just become available, she replies annoyed by telling me that she would have to "clear" the tables and we would have to wait outside while it rained. We would have happily waited for him to clear the tables of previous customers without any problems, but his rude manner led us to leave early. I believe that those who work in contact with the public should have a minimum amount of respect towards the people who pay for the service.
