27/09/2025: No. The cooking is unloving, unfortunately. Nobody here knows anything about spices. This has nothing to do with Emilia Romana, and even less with Italian cuisine.
17/09/2025: If you're on a diet, stay away; you'll gain weight just from the flavors. Excellent and filling.
