15/01/2026: What can I say? Terrible in every way. Never again!!! Highly discouraged!!!

15/01/2026: I went today for the first time after visiting the Sanctuary. I usually go to another restaurant nearby, but luckily it was closed today, forcing me to change. I chose "La Perla del Gran Sasso" because it was the only one open and because I'd already heard good things about it. The location is very simple but welcoming. The waitress is very professional, kind, and quick with service. I chose the €25 fixed menu. Pappardelle with duck sauce. Duck with sauce. Mixed roast (3 types of meat: lamb, pork, rabbit). Ascolana olives and cremini mushrooms. Mixed salad. Cake. Coffee. Wine and water. The portions were generous and excellent. Very fair price. I recommend it to everyone. I'll be back!!!

18/02/2026: Excellent quality, traditional Abruzzo food, fair prices, and a welcoming and cheerful staff. I definitely recommend it.

09/02/2026: A walk and visit to the sanctuary of San Gabriele with friends, finding ourselves deciding where to have lunch, we came across a truly enchanting little place "La cantina degli antichi Mestieri", a homely place where you truly feel at home and I don't even have to tell you about the truly delicious food and unique kindness.

23/02/2026: Finally, a hotel like it used to be, tailored to the average citizen, who wants to enjoy a few days' vacation with all the necessary amenities without being overcharged, free from the speculative logic of the uncontrolled and opaque market of B&Bs and the like. Nice, comfortable, and well-maintained rooms, with wooden furniture and no damp in the bathrooms, a safe, refrigerator, state-of-the-art TV, Wi-Fi, lotions, shampoo, hairdryer, and shower gel. Friendly and helpful staff, restaurant and breakfast. Truly competitive prices for the service provided. The icing on the cake, demonstrating the care and innovation of the management, is a hotel parking lot dedicated to charging electric cars. It's still hopeful to find professionals, now few and far between, who focus first and foremost on customer service. I'll be back.

29/11/2025: We had a great time. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and welcoming. The food was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was family-like.

10/11/2025: A small, family-run hotel. The rooms have new, modern furnishings. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with many homemade desserts, all delicious. Dinner is also very good. The only shame was that we found two bedbugs in the room; one was near my pillow that night, which wasn't pleasant. However, other than that, everything was perfect. Excellent value for money.
