03/06/2025: A nice discovery, after an excursion to the Casanova waterfall it was a perfect place to refresh ourselves. The room was full for a birthday but the staff found us a place to sit anyway. The outdoor tables are very pleasant with a spectacular view of the Tivo meadows and the small horn of the Gran Sasso

11/03/2025: The only restaurant in Pagliaroli di Cortino. Very kind owner, menu with a very rich starter and not the usual platter of cured meats and cheeses. I didn't take the first one because the starter served as a first course. For the second course, a lamb cooked on the grill in a divine way, with a very generous side dish of baked potatoes. House wine, water and coffee (offered). Average price given the quality. I highly recommend it. Well done to all the staff at: il Pagliaio. I will definitely go back.
