See nice restaurant that looks like a residential building. Beautiful location, surrounded by lots of greenery. The menu was rather small, but nice! The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly and always tried hard. 11 out of 10

Wow. No “standard food” in the Buschenschank but all starters and main courses are something special. Refined cuisine that highlights the taste of the individual ingredients - e.g. E.g. oregano, rosemary, lemon,… butter :-)… - can work harmoniously with the vegetables or meat of the roulades. 3 starters (cucumber gazpacho, kimchi,…) and 4 main courses (roulade, parmigiana, hemp gnocchi, cavatelli) were great. Drinks ditto. Plus nice hosts and a beautiful location at Wingert with a Mediterranean, child-friendly outdoor area. Nothing to complain about. Test yourself.

Great ambience, nestled between the apple orchards. Beautiful, large terrace, just to enjoy and unwind. Great team and top service, always a smile on your face. You feel comfortable here. Only seasonal, local and home-grown. The kitchen always conjures up varied and delicious dishes from these three. Vegetarians are also right here. The local wines are great. Dogs are allowed. The best Buschenschank I've ever been to. Only recommended

Nice place, in the fields. Food is not what is standard everywhere. It's something special. Everything is prepared in-house from the garden, fields or neighboring farmers. Unusual but delicious.

A great restaurant in the middle of the wine hills of South Tyrol. Somewhat difficult to eat there because the location is often booked for events. The food itself was good, even outstanding. Seasonal dishes, excellently put together. You can also order a bit of each dish for several people, great for families. The table is then set in different course orders, very familiar, great idea. The service is fully behind the concept, which is really great. Lovingly run business where dogs are also welcome. EC payment possible and a great selection of wines. One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Quite excellent!

Hotel Waldsee Ristorante

03/11/2024: The hotel is in a wonderful and idyllic location, near the Völser Weiher in the middle of the forest. We spent our hiking holiday here. You can walk straight from the hotel and reach numerous great hiking and excursion destinations from there. The modern wellness area offers plenty of space and comfort. The rooms are super comfortable, big enough, with a balcony and we even had a mountain view. Due to its somewhat remote location, it is incredibly quiet and perfect for relaxing. The staff was always friendly and helpful to us. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic and always very filling. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to the next time!
06/10/2024: As you drive onto the property you are impressed by the garden and the surrounding landscape. For a 3-star hotel, excellent cuisine is served by the host as head chef. What is even more surprising is the beautiful indoor swimming pool, which can be reached through an underground passage. Unfortunately, it must be mentioned that the bottle of white wine is always served warm. That doesn't match the asking prices at all. In addition, there is no price list for other drinks in the guest room. It should also be mentioned that it is not considered necessary to install the shower gel bottle in the shower head of the indoor pool. This is on the ground... You can also borrow bathrobes, but there is no way to hang them up in the room. Additional coat hooks would be useful. Regarding the negative things, it should also be mentioned that at the beginning of the sauna season we only found open doors and a cold sauna. Finally, it must be mentioned that the service in the dining rooms was courteous and our housemaid knew what cleanliness was.

09/03/2024: Really beautiful location, the glass on the ceiling is striking Exceptional amuse bouche, a tomato soup First and second starters also exceptional. Our rating for the entire dinner is a 9, we had a good time and ate well.
21/02/2024: Elegant place but with that touch of informality that makes it very livable. It's not the restaurant that intimidates. Their sharing policy is well publicized. The service is of quality, discreet people who know how to treat the customer very well. The cuisine is excellent and each dish can be easily shared with the other people at the table, in order to give a taste experience without feeling weighed down by the obligation of having to face many dishes. The very well-stocked wine list completes.
