Everything as expected, shame about the unbearable heat that forces you to open the windows when you return, with a great and useless waste of energy. And to think that from the cards scattered around the room they boast a great attention to ecological issues. It wasn't enough to set the thermostat to minimum.

Booked this hotel with a smartbox I absolutely recommend it inside everything renovated with elegance and taste, the staff very kind, paid garage very convenient and really with a walk you get to the center. Compliments to all the staff.

We stayed overnight at the Italia hotel over the weekend. The staff was helpful and friendly and gave us a better room than the one we booked. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and varied. Highly recommended

I was in this hotel not on holiday. Adjacent to the center. The service excellent. The breakfast is also good with fresh baked goods and many other things. The staff is friendly and attentive to customer needs. The small double room perhaps a little too small, but overall clean and well furnished.

Very well located for visiting the historic center of Verona. Good value for money. Excellent breakfast. Lovely staff. Simple but comfortable room.

Strategic location 10 minutes walk from the center. Well looked after, very kind, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, nothing to complain about, if I were to return to Verona, I would definitely choose it again

If I could give 10 stars I would! The two girls at the reception are loving, professional, sweet, understanding, kind, helpful.. in short, truly wonderful!!! They gave me a double room instead of a single and wow I was super happy! The location is very central and very close to the Sacile hospital. In the room they leave water, a kettle for tea or coffee and slippers for guests. On the ground floor near the reception there is a bar. They also have the possibility of parking with a barrier near the hotel. I will return in a few days but if I have to look for a place in Sacile again I will definitely return!!! Thank you

Fantastico locale diretto magistralmente da Mugurel ed il suo staff , lo frequento da tanti anni e’ non mi ha mai deluso!

Ordino sempre il sushi da asporto ed è l’unico posto in cui il sushi a mio parere è eccezionale, ma la consegna del primo novembre mi ha delusa molto, i miei roll preferiti (sumo maki) contenevano il tonno ed erano privi di salsa al tartufo, anche i roppongi senza salsa al tartufo e i California contenevano il tonno (intendo x tonno quello in scatola, non fresco).. inoltre ho chiamato per avere qualche bustina di salsa di soia in più e mi sono arrivate solo 5 bustine per sei piatti di sushi e tre persone a cena. Mah! Non so veramente cosa sia successo. Mi è dispiaciuto molto.
