Very pleasant place, super friendly staff and excellent food for a reasonable price. I've already come twice, even though I'm not from Florence, because I really like it. It deserves it.

Very good. Well prepared dishes, high quality. The only negative point is that we were often given a table that was too close to that of other customers, even though there were several free ones... a bit unpleasant to have to dine so close to strangers if there is the possibility of having a little more privacy. Friendly service.

This place is fantastic! If you’re looking for a great sushi restaurant in Florence, look no further. They have a huge menu from sushi to rolls to gyoza, yakisoba and beautiful poke bowls. The drinks are strong and the reasonably priced. The ambiance is fun with artificial turf and sunken tables making it feel like you’re in a park. Highly recommend Zushi!

I was dissatisfied, both with the place and the food. I want to point out that I had heard about this restaurant from some friends and acquaintances and they all told me to pay attention to the prices and then compliment the ambience. And now, after spending lunch there, I can say they were right. But let's start from the beginning... the place, if it is located on the street, is quite suggestive and flashy and is not difficult to notice. From the name, the environment and the sign you can understand that it is a Japanese restaurant. However, it is precisely when you enter that you feel a different atmosphere: the place, despite being furnished in Asian style (including cutlery) has very little to do with that continent and reflects a much more modern ideology than what I expected. In fact, if it weren't for the Japanese writings, the "green" area decorated with a plastic carpet that mimics grass and the food, it would have been difficult to understand what type of restaurant it was. Once I entered, I asked for a table for one person and, as there were not many people, they granted me a table. The table, although already set and arranged, was uncomfortable for me: the chairs are heavy to move and are definitely not comfortable for those who want to sit and have lunch while enjoying an hour of relaxation. A young waitress came over right away and asked me if I wanted some water and even before I could open the menu, the waitress had already returned and was serving me water. I pointed out one thing to her: the glass was dirty with dried pink lipstick - then washed and dried, probably from the dishwasher. The waitress was a little surprised but quickly replaced it and left, apologizing. After that I decided to take a look at the menu and I decided to scan the QR code noticing the suggestive writing and I decided to take the "experience menu". My intention was also to look at the paper menu and I had time to leaf through two pages, noticing the difference between the electronic one and the paper one, before the same waitress returned to take my order. So, to be honest the difference isn't clear enough to me but anyway I was there to try the cuisine and I didn't stop to think too much about the difference between the two menus. Compared to many restaurants, the order arrived quite quickly and I wonder if perhaps we should have worked on it a little more, because it was very disappointing, barring two things. The miso soup, for example, I must admit that it was good and tasty but there were mushrooms inside. I have tasted many miso soups in my life but I had never found mushrooms and it is not specified on the menu that they were there. Fortunately, I like them and I didn't underline the presence of mushrooms because I wanted to be meticulous but because, in case anyone had problems, they already know that there are mushrooms inside. And I repeat: the soup was good and tasty. Goa, on the other hand, was like drinking water with pieces of jelly in it: tasteless, odorless and unpleasant. Unpleasant because aesthetically it was a nice dish but unfortunately it didn't have much flavor and the shellfish and eggs didn't seem to help. In fact, I ate a few bites and then left it there. The four uramaki, however, were delicious and fantastic: they had an incredible and particular flavor to the point that I wanted to order them again. But the nigiri… speaking of which, I want to tell you what happened right while I was eating: two women were sitting behind me who caught my attention for saying that the salmon looked/was strange. Their speech caught my attention because the tuna also had a strange appearance and although the owner/manager went as far as to clarify that the fish was fresh, I can assure you that it was not: the edges of the tuna, where it had been cut , they were dry and hard. Fresh fish doesn't have this problem, right? Furthermore, the stomach ache I had afterwards and the fact that I will never return can confirm this.

Very very good sashimi. The most delicious sushi options are fusion (with duck pate, truffle oil, strawberries etc.). We ate the right amount and spent around 50 euros per person with wine.

Straconsigliato!
