Zuma In Bologna

The service is quite fast, but I found the menu to be very basic. Tuna and salmon sashimi choices are limited to one serving per person. The salmon is good, but I wasn't crazy about the tuna. When I go to eat in a similar restaurant, I eat almost exclusively sashimi or sushi with salmon and raw tuna. Of the gunkans I tasted, the one with pineapple and corn had almost no flavor of the fruit at all, but only of the corn. The gunkan with octopus and vegetables had a strong vinegar flavor and you could taste a lot of the pepper which covered the flavor of the fish. A tip at the end of meals, a nice couple of glasses of hot plum sake to digest. The alcohol is almost invisible and it is very sweet. An excellent ally for digesting well. The food is excellent: delicious sushi, fast service (perhaps too fast), the clean environment with attention to detail makes Yoma a comfortable place, but there is little distance between the tables. Perfect location a stone's throw from Piazza Maggiore, this certainly determines the decidedly high prices, even for the all you can eat menu: for dinner, not on the weekend, for two menus and a beer we spent almost 65 euros, practically a restaurant!

The owners and all the staff are very kind, very quick in delivering the products which are very fresh and delicious. I go to the restaurant very often. They also make me fish for Chinese biscuits. Optimal. I would definitely recommend it I confirm everything!

Very central, lots of seating, easy to order food through your phone, quick service and good food.

Great food and great prices. Needs some help on service, but overall worth the visit for some good non-Italian fare near Piazza Maggiore.

Really good all you can eat Japanese restaurant. I often go for lunch, the menu costs around €18 and includes many options, both Chinese and Japanese. Many dishes include raw or seared salmon and are unlimited, the only limitation concerns sashimi, I would like to be able to order more than 1 portion/person.

Great food, reasonable pricing, fast service

The service is extremely poor and they discriminate against people from their own country. My blood boiled as they treat us perfunctorily！They didn't think we could eat that much and were rude. When we found the Tom Yum Goong soup extremely unauthentic and even difficult to swallow and requested to return it, theyre especially mean. 😢 Even discussing it in front of us. If we can't eat it all，why did we order two big bottles of water? They even accused us of throwing away all the rice、ehhhhh come on, I even ate my poke！😡 Communicate with a good attitude and only end up with a bellyful of anger. Very, very much not recommended！！！！！！
