I don't know about room service, as we were just stopping by for a quick bite. The food was good, but the service was a bit iffy. Perhaps it was because we only ordered four entrees for five people? Or perhaps it was because we were Asian. The waiter was very slow when ordering Cokes and getting the bill. I hope the service improves.

We stayed at the Hotel Klostersepp for nine days and were thrilled from the start. Upon arrival, the hotel's beautiful and stylish character was immediately apparent: modern, newly renovated rooms with great lighting, comfortable beds, and a stunning view of Säben Monastery. The highlight of our stay, however, was Klaus, his wife, and the entire team – warm regards to dear Melanie and Alfred. We laughed a lot with Klaus's wife; she was always there and took care of everything. They make you feel like you belong from the very first moment. Klaus is incredibly welcoming, attentive to all guests, and always asks about special requests at breakfast. He sat down with us every day to give us valuable tips for excursions in the surrounding area. This personal, warm, and authentic approach makes the hotel truly unique. The wellness offerings are also fantastic: the spacious spa area in the basement and the two jacuzzis on the roof terrace overlooking the monastery are simply stunning. At dinner, we were able to try several dishes from the menu – each one was perfectly seasoned and exceptionally delicious (tomato soup, spaghetti bolognese, the sauce, a dream). A huge compliment to the kitchen! I was so hungry for a salad at 9:30 p.m., and only the pizzeria was open. Klaus himself prepared a delicious salad for me. That's simply sweet and something you don't take for granted. Many thanks to the entire Klostersepp team – you do your work with so much passion, warmth, and dedication that you immediately feel at home. We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to seeing you all again!

A wonderfully lovingly designed hotel, whose warm atmosphere immediately gives you a feeling of arrival and well-being! ❤️ Both the restaurant and the entire holiday experience are fantastic – you can really feel how much passion goes into it. Thank you 🤩 The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with incredibly comfortable beds – pure relaxation! With the window closed, it's wonderfully quiet, so you can sleep deeply and undisturbed. The breakfast is a true highlight: inviting, varied (healthy and sweet :)), and so delicious that you'll want to linger for hours. The sauna, whirlpool, and free bicycles perfectly round off the wellness package. There's so much on offer that we didn't even manage to go bowling :) The surrounding area is a paradise for nature and mountain lovers: Breathtaking hiking and mountain experiences await you within a short drive (only 30–90 minutes)! In short: An absolute insider tip and definitely worth more than one trip – we'll definitely be back! 🌟

A very welcoming hotel and restaurant. A very inviting and varied breakfast, sauna, and basic bicycle rental included – my highlights were the whirlpool on the roof and the pinball machine in the basement 😄 A good starting point for Alpe di Siusi, Catinaccio, Puez-Geisler, Bressanone, etc. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and clean; street noise is inaudible with the windows closed. The in-house restaurant is a delicious, affordable option for dinner.

The hotel is beautiful, with well-furnished, new rooms, all in wood, and above all, spotlessly clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, as were the pillows and sheets, which were soft and clean. Breakfast was always spectacular; every morning we ate deliciously, with a wide selection of sweet and savory options. The bathroom had a huge, new, and truly beautiful shower. Every corner of the room was spotlessly clean. The location is convenient, close to the highway and a 10-minute walk from the center, accessible via an underpass and then a very pleasant pedestrian path along the river. The cleaning ladies were always kind and extremely efficient; cleanliness is the hotel's strong point, in my opinion. It has a very convenient underground garage and bicycle storage. The hotel is located along a main road, next to a gas station. There's quite a bit of traffic, and since our room didn't have air conditioning (a basic room), we slept with the windows open, and overall, we slept well most of the time, noise permitting. I recommend asking when booking if you'd like air conditioning, because I hadn't thought of that! The bike rental service only includes classic bikes; for e-bikes, the hotel will put you in touch with an external rental company (a very kind and helpful gentleman). Kudos to the owner, who was incredibly kind every morning!

We stopped by for pizza on Saturday evening; the service was very pleasant and friendly! The pizza was delicious and the price/performance ratio was excellent.

A very, very nice, modern hotel at a fair price. The staff is fantastic, very friendly, and accommodating. You feel like you're staying with friends rather than in a hotel. And we'll definitely see each other again sometime. Many thanks to Klaus and his entire team.

The surrounding area is characterized by romantic alleys, historical sights such as Säben Monastery, and an impressive mountain backdrop. The location is ideal for day trips to the Dolomites – whether by motorcycle, car, or public transport, which is easily accessible thanks to the free Mobilcard. 🛏️ Room Amenities and Cleanliness The rooms are lovingly furnished in traditional Tyrolean style, yet feature modern amenities. Particularly noteworthy are the soundproof rooms, blackout curtains, flat-screen TVs, and spacious bathrooms. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained – you can tell that a lot of heart and soul goes into making this place work. 😊 Friendliness of the staff The entire team – from reception to service – was extremely warm, attentive, and helpful. You immediately feel welcome and well looked after. Even special requests were met with a smile. 🍽️ Breakfast and food The breakfast buffet was plentiful and of high quality – with fresh regional products, homemade cakes, and a selection of South Tyrolean specialties. In the evening, you can enjoy excellent meals in the in-house restaurant or pizzeria. We particularly recommend the Mediterranean-Alpine dishes and the cozy atmosphere in the bar or on the terrace. 🧖 Wellness and leisure activities The small but fine wellness area with a sauna and outdoor pool invites you to relax. For active vacationers, there is also an on-site bowling alley and numerous recreational opportunities in the surrounding area – from hiking and skiing to motorcycle tours. 💰 Value for money For what is offered, the price-performance ratio is absolutely fair. The included services such as free Wi-Fi, breakfast, underground parking, and use of public transport make the stay particularly attractive. 🏍️ Perfect for Motorcyclists Motorcyclists are especially welcome here. The hotel not only offers secure underground parking, but also an ideal starting point for spectacular tours through the Dolomites. Many guests praise the biker-friendly atmosphere and excellent infrastructure. Conclusion: The Hotel Klostersepp is a place where you immediately feel at home – whether as a couple, family, or group of bikers. If you want to experience South Tyrol authentically, this is the place for you. We were able to go on some wonderful motorcycle tours, met many new and very nice people, and had a wonderful time. I would especially like to thank Alfred and Klaus, who made these moments so unforgettable for us. We will definitely be back!

Very clean and modern rooms. Whirlpool, pool, sauna—everything you need is there. The breakfast is very extensive and fresh. I highly recommend the bar and restaurant to everyone. Very delicious food and friendly staff :) I would come back anytime.
