The hotel is beautiful, with well-furnished, new rooms, all in wood, and above all, spotlessly clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, as were the pillows and sheets, which were soft and clean. Breakfast was always spectacular; every morning we ate deliciously, with a wide selection of sweet and savory options. The bathroom had a huge, new, and truly beautiful shower. Every corner of the room was spotlessly clean. The location is convenient, close to the highway and a 10-minute walk from the center, accessible via an underpass and then a very pleasant pedestrian path along the river. The cleaning ladies were always kind and extremely efficient; cleanliness is the hotel's strong point, in my opinion. It has a very convenient underground garage and bicycle storage. The hotel is located along a main road, next to a gas station. There's quite a bit of traffic, and since our room didn't have air conditioning (a basic room), we slept with the windows open, and overall, we slept well most of the time, noise permitting. I recommend asking when booking if you'd like air conditioning, because I hadn't thought of that! The bike rental service only includes classic bikes; for e-bikes, the hotel will put you in touch with an external rental company (a very kind and helpful gentleman). Kudos to the owner, who was incredibly kind every morning!

We stopped by for pizza on Saturday evening; the service was very pleasant and friendly! The pizza was delicious and the price/performance ratio was excellent.

A very, very nice, modern hotel at a fair price. The staff is fantastic, very friendly, and accommodating. You feel like you're staying with friends rather than in a hotel. And we'll definitely see each other again sometime. Many thanks to Klaus and his entire team.

The surrounding area is characterized by romantic alleys, historical sights such as Säben Monastery, and an impressive mountain backdrop. The location is ideal for day trips to the Dolomites – whether by motorcycle, car, or public transport, which is easily accessible thanks to the free Mobilcard. 🛏️ Room Amenities and Cleanliness The rooms are lovingly furnished in traditional Tyrolean style, yet feature modern amenities. Particularly noteworthy are the soundproof rooms, blackout curtains, flat-screen TVs, and spacious bathrooms. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained – you can tell that a lot of heart and soul goes into making this place work. 😊 Friendliness of the staff The entire team – from reception to service – was extremely warm, attentive, and helpful. You immediately feel welcome and well looked after. Even special requests were met with a smile. 🍽️ Breakfast and food The breakfast buffet was plentiful and of high quality – with fresh regional products, homemade cakes, and a selection of South Tyrolean specialties. In the evening, you can enjoy excellent meals in the in-house restaurant or pizzeria. We particularly recommend the Mediterranean-Alpine dishes and the cozy atmosphere in the bar or on the terrace. 🧖 Wellness and leisure activities The small but fine wellness area with a sauna and outdoor pool invites you to relax. For active vacationers, there is also an on-site bowling alley and numerous recreational opportunities in the surrounding area – from hiking and skiing to motorcycle tours. 💰 Value for money For what is offered, the price-performance ratio is absolutely fair. The included services such as free Wi-Fi, breakfast, underground parking, and use of public transport make the stay particularly attractive. 🏍️ Perfect for Motorcyclists Motorcyclists are especially welcome here. The hotel not only offers secure underground parking, but also an ideal starting point for spectacular tours through the Dolomites. Many guests praise the biker-friendly atmosphere and excellent infrastructure. Conclusion: The Hotel Klostersepp is a place where you immediately feel at home – whether as a couple, family, or group of bikers. If you want to experience South Tyrol authentically, this is the place for you. We were able to go on some wonderful motorcycle tours, met many new and very nice people, and had a wonderful time. I would especially like to thank Alfred and Klaus, who made these moments so unforgettable for us. We will definitely be back!

Very clean and modern rooms. Whirlpool, pool, sauna—everything you need is there. The breakfast is very extensive and fresh. I highly recommend the bar and restaurant to everyone. Very delicious food and friendly staff :) I would come back anytime.

Our first time in South Tyrol. Even the initial contact was great. When I was looking for a holiday for the three of us, I received a very quick response to my enquiry, including offers. Very friendly. New for us: a week in a hotel with breakfast 🤗. Very friendly owners, you can feel the warmth and the caring management of the hotel. We chose the Klausen Suite, with 2 rooms plus a bathroom and the absolute highlight: the huge balcony. Wow. Very modern furnishings; we felt very comfortable. Great service, cleaning staff 👍🏻, service staff 👍🏻, caring bosses. Everyone was always there for the guests and concerned about their well-being. The location is very close to the little town of Klausen. It's right on the street, but with the windows closed you can't hear a thing. There was some kind of air conditioning/ventilation in the rooms. The hotel has a restaurant and a pizzeria. There's a small pool for cooling off in the garden, and on the roof, there are two whirlpools and a beautiful roof terrace for guests to enjoy. Thanks to the South Tyrol Card, you have access to various free options (public transport, several gondolas, an outdoor pool, etc.). There's so much more positive to say... delicious breakfast, always refilled; we felt nothing was missing. The chef, who was in the kitchen every morning, asked about our requests and was happy to help with tips for excursions. It was a different kind of vacation for us, but we felt at home. Always friendly and polite Food is quite good

We stayed for the second time in this recently renovated hotel, where you can use a covered parking for both cars and motorcycles, good breakfast, restaurant and pizzeria, clean rooms, located 5/600 meters from the center of Chiusa and 1 km from the train station from where you can leave for (San Candido, Bressanone, Bolzano or Merano) being just over 1 km from the Chiusa toll booth it is convenient to arrive. Compliments to the owners and staff of the hotel and restaurant

On the way, along the main road, ate a sandwich here. Fast and friendly service. Great sandwich, good energy gained to travel further.
