One of the best ice creams I have ever eaten. You can see the quality of the raw material and the love that Giancarlo puts into its preparation. It's a shame that it's so far away, luckily Giancarlo recommended an ice cream parlor in Barcelona from a friend. A pleasure to have stopped by your Giancarlo ice cream parlour!

We were passing through Susa. Good ice cream, but sufficient portions.

Great ice cream parlor with a good central location that’s more relaxed and spacious than the feel of other ones in the shopping street. Proprietor is a fantastic guy, really kind and welcoming and even offered a small cup to taste for our little baby. Very kind! The ice cream is good, nice flavors and good portion sizes. Will come back next time I’m in Susa.

The ice creams are excellent and the prices affordable. Too bad the quantity is not there. Depending on the help of the waitress, the scoop of ice cream can be generous or minimal...and often minimal.

Excellent quality artisanal ice cream shop. Only natural ingredients and products are used. Don't ask for a mountain of ice cream but the one served is superior to many ice cream shops. A taste I've never tried. Genepy ice cream

The best ice cream I've eaten in a long time. No matter which variety you try. Everything is delicious. My recommendation: mango or ricotta with honey and thyme.

Overall decent, nothing special.

Tappa obbligata se si è in Val di Susa, ma vale assolutamente la pena andarci di proposito. Gelato da capogiro! Sapori genuini e golosi, gentilezza, cortesia e pulizia! Decisamente consigliato!!!!
