31/08/2025: I've been here several times, always trying different specialties. Their "out of the ordinary" pastries are very appealing, but I've often found them dry, lacking in garnishes or flavor, always leaving me a bit disappointed. They look good in the window, but they're not always the best, especially considering the price. I've also often found the tables dirty and the place generally unkempt, which is a shame, because there's potential.

04/06/2025: I went there quite often during my Erasmus. In the morning before going to university. I miss it 🥲 It's very good, the service is great (and in French). It's the best pastry shop in Pisa 🔥
